Fun escape room! We solved it with only 1:30 on the clock left, so dont underestimate the riddles. The clues were creative and witty. Will definitely check out the other rooms.

Staff are lovely.
We did Santa's List as a 3-generation English family - it was so much fun. Surprising and imaginative. Everyone got at least one clue. The teenagers say it's better - and trickier - than any escape rooms they've done previously.
Would recommend - and we will go again next time we're in Koln.

We have done too many escape rooms but these rooms are really well done. All locally made and with great detail. Everything is fair and we had zero problems playing in English. Game maters were fantastic and the nicest. Go play and have fun. Cheers.

An absolutely glorious experience. At first glance, the shop seems a bit hidden in a side street behind the Heumarkt. When you enter the rooms of the beautiful old building, you are immediately enchanted.
The four of us played Santa's List. The room is decorated for Christmas, the smell of fresh fir is in the air and you get into the story straight away. The puzzles were difficult and tricky but well and sensibly structured.
Our game master Ioanna did an excellent job and sent us the right tips at exactly the right moment. We'll be happy to come back
Indizio Cologne is a clear recommendation for us!!!!

We recently played the Santa’s List room because of the many positive reviews. We usually play in pairs and are always looking for lovingly designed and challenging rooms that can be solved as a team of two. So far we have played around 40 escape rooms in various cities in Germany, so we have some experience. Unfortunately, this room is not one of our favorites (for frequent players). I was hoping for a nice, Christmassy atmosphere and puzzles to match. In my opinion, the room was Christmassy, but rather sparsely decorated. What really bothered us, however, was one puzzle in particular where we recognized the solution straight away, but it seems to be designed to waste time trying out which piece is the right one and where you can enter it in which order. I don’t want to write too much here and don’t want to give any spoilers, but it wasn’t a puzzle or anything like that where that might make sense. In this puzzle, there could just as easily have been a different solution. Our game leader was no help here. She annoyed us and let us carry on, not responding to any questions about whether there wasn't a single (logical) way. The hint to just try everything annoyed and bothered me personally even more. We spent a good 15 minutes on it. During the discussion after the game, she wanted to explain to us how complex this room is and that she only understood the puzzle after explaining it 10 times. She didn't understand our aversion to such a puzzle/room. It would be common practice to fill the time with lots of material and to find the solution by trying things out. I'm glad that I've rarely experienced this before, but 95% of the time the one logical way to the solution is sought. In my view, the game leader was not helpful in this case. She didn't recognize our problem and played hints that we had already recognized long ago. At the end there was another puzzle that was artificially drawn out because some things were difficult to read. Why the picture and sound don't show exactly the same thing is still not clear to me. Anyone who has no idea what English is can just keep guessing or wait for clues from the game leader and hope that they are helpful. I didn't see any indication beforehand that English words had to be guessed, otherwise I would probably have stayed away from it. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this room for frequent players who have somewhat higher expectations. Nor for anyone who doesn't speak or understand English well. I can't judge the other rooms.

The visit to Indizio was part of a team building exercise. We booked 3 rooms there. All participants had a lot of fun playing. The friendly staff and the good introduction to the game rooms rounded it off in a particularly positive way.
