If you are looking for some great food from locally owned restaurants this is the tour to take. Visited family owned eateries with 2nd or 3rd generation children taking over and keeping the tradition of fine food and drink going.

Totally worthwhile, I would recommend everyone to do this tour.
Try and get your bearings and remember where she is taking you. Patricia really knows a lot about the food and the city and was the perfect guide. Can't go wrong. A lot of these places are busy and you might have walked by without someone like her. She also has a TV cooking show in San Sebastian and can give you tips on where to eat if you take a short trip there, also recommended. It is closer than you think.

A wonderful evening tasting delicious food, wine and cider selected by our guide Patrizia. We visited a variety of bars in the old and new parts of town and Patrizia's knowledge of good food and where to find it made it easy for our group to relax and get to know each other. A little history of each venue along the way led to interesting conversations. The tour was fun and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a delicious introduction to Bilbao!

Very enjoyable tour , learnt a lot about pintxos , how to order them , the history behind them and the wines to go with them. Visited bars which I would never have found. Patrizia a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. A great way to spend a few hours in Bilbao.

I recommend doing this food tour with Patrizia Vitelli. She is fantastic and has the knowledge to explain every detail. You have the experience of visiting different restaurants in the city of Bilbao, both in the expansion and in the old town, introducing an immersion in the food, history, and culture of the city. I traveling solo, and this also was a plus to meet people.

The original food tour was wonderful. We ended up having a private tour (totally by accident) with two of us and Patrizia. She’s very knowledgeable and every place she took us was delicious. She even pivoted on the fly when we mentioned we had been to one of the cafes before. She sent us a list of where we had been, plus extra recommendations that were also great. Would highly recommend the tour!

The tour as a whole was a 5 star experience! Patrizia is a great tour host, you won’t be disappointed with any of the dishes she chooses! Or drinks! She also knew the history of the region and I enjoyed listening while she spoke…

It was a wonderful experience. It was not only about the amazing food, but the hole historic information, Amazing Company and very interesting histories about Bilbao.

Patrizia is so kind and knowledgeable. Her personal stories about the area and cuisine brought so much extra to the tour. I know we wouldn’t have found the places we stopped on our own and getting to taste the range of pintxos, from some of the best places in the city, was a real treat. She also offered some great recommendations for other stops in Spain. Fantastic tour!
