Really great experience

If you come to Mallorca and you love gin, even if you are an amateur, you need to try this experience. Ross is a really great host, you can really see his passion for the gin. He will explain the whole history of gin from the origin till now. You'll get to taste delicious gin cocktails, different ones, and for every taste. And the most interesting part is you will get to make your own personalised gin which was an awesome experience.

Insert a big aul asterisk!

This review needs a huge asterisk because I never actually got to experience the distillery 😔 Having seen the amazing reviews here I was so excited to go. I booked on the website for Sunday 16:30 but there was an issues taking payments. I emailed, called, and submitted a form but got no reply but it was Sunday so decided to stroll over for the start time. When I arrived there were 4 others who had had a similar experience and the distillery was very much closed. I have no doubt that this would have been an incredible experience and that this was just an end of season oversight, but just make sure your booking has been confirmed before you make the effort to turn up!

Great afternoon Gin making. Superb host

Had a wonderful 3 hours celebrating our friends birthday making Gin with Ross.
We learnt afterwards the Queen had passed while we were creating our potion so will always be in our memory.
The drinks served were all fantastic offering various combinations, tastings and a cocktail.
Love the gin I’ve made and it’s proudly in my 140 bottle collection now !

Me and my girlfriend had a great experience making our own gin and Ross was explaining the whole history behind gin and we also tried four different gin drinks through the evening.
Highly recommended!

Fun afternoon with great company and a excellent host

Belle and I visited the distillery last week and had the most wonderful afternoon, we happend to have the place to ourselves which was still as fun!
Ross is fab- such a great host and made the whole experience fun, exciting and engaging.
I also felt that for the knowledge, experience, tasting cocktails and my own made bottle of gin the whole experience is definitely worth the money.
I would definitely recommend the experience to my friends and would most definitely go back.

THANKS ROSS AND BUFFY!!!

Loved it - great for everyone wanting to learn more & taste some delicious drinks along the way!

We loved it here. Ross is so clearly passionate about what he does and it really helped to make the whole experience a throughly enjoyable and interesting event.

We learnt lots, tasted lots and had a proper laugh along the way. Great to also meet other people - so needed post-Covid.

Would highly recommend to both gin-lovers and gin-learners.

Bonus shout out to Buffy for being the cutest mascot!

If you like Gin 😊

Bought as a Christmas present in Dec 2019! Finally got to do the tour this week in Palma.
The tour / tasting / making and distilling is a good three hours from 4pm to 7pm. Ross was a friendly and very knowledgeable host. You get plenty of gin to drink so don’t drive!
Very interesting about the history and ingredients of gin and the tonics too.
You get the opportunity to make your own gin and to add a combination of ingredients. It’s very good.
You then come away with the two bottles each around 500ml of your own gin together with your own made labels!
Good to do in a group or you can just turn up and be with other people who have also booked. A good experience and would certainly recommend. Thank you Ross.

Hyggelig og lærerig gin oplevelse

Virkelig god oplevelse, der kan anbefales.
Ejeren Ross fortalte levende om ginens historie, gav serveringstips og serverede forskellige smagsprøver for os. Efterfølgende fik vi, under kyndig vejledning, lov selv at sammensætte botanicals til vores egen gin, som vi selv destillerede. Vi fik selvfølgelig også fik lov at smage, inden ginen blev tappet på flasker. Et dejligt og personligt minde fra Mallorca, som vi glæder os til at nyde der hjemme.

Eine schöne Erfahrung

Vergnügliche 3 Stunden bei Probieren von Gin und Ginkompositionen, unterhaltsamen Geschichten unseres Gastgebers Ross und - als Höhepunkt- und zumindest für eine gewisse Zeit bleibende Erinnerung, die Kreation eines eigenen Gins.
Das alles haben wir erleben dürfen und es hat uns Spass gemacht. Wir geben gerne eine Empfehlung zum Besuch der Destillerie ab.

Amazing experience at Mallorca gin distillery. Ross was engaging and we learned loads whilst having a heap of fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Mallorca and wanting a fun activity. Perfect for solo travelers or groups.
