We did the Moltak cooking class on our honeymoon in Palma and it was AMAZING! The reviews didn’t lie and I was so happy with our experience. Ricardo was amazing and so was Maria. We were greeted with wine and the open bar had fantastic white and red Spanish wines all night for guests to enjoy. The class was so much fun and we learned how to truly make paella and other dishes step by step in a fun and unique environment! We had the best evening and would recommend this experience to everyone. Kindest people on earth!

I don't usually leave comments but I was so happy to live this experience that I have to share it! Our Cook and Master Ricardo was simply great, very competent, generous and Pro. It was lovely to learn with laughter. The food was great. Anyway, I was in good stead at the right time. Thanks Ricardo!!!

A really fun and interesting evening in a beautiful kitchen. Laura our hostess was brilliant and we met some really nice people. Would highly recommend.

My friends and I had the best time at this cooking class with Maria! The windmill and atmosphere was so beautiful and it was so fun getting to know the other people in the class. We had so much fun learning how to cook these recipes and Maria was an amazing instructor and the food was delicious. Cannot recommend this cooking class enough it was absolutely amazing!!! Thank you guys for an unforgettable night :)

Vivian was our chef and she was amazing! I loved how hands on with the cooking we got to be! It was beautiful inside the windmill! Start to finish best cooking class I've ever done! Would go back again!

We all enjoyed this evening with Maria at MOLTAK in an old converted windmill in the centre of Palma. Top spec cooking equipment, local fresh ingredients, chilled white wine and like-minded company. Start to finish instructions to create mouth watering dishes, which you eat as the evening progresses, finishing with Spanish Tortilla, Paella and Cream Catalan served at the table. I learned so much from this experience, well worth the journey.

We were a group of four ranging in age from 20 to 84. The location is interesting and ideally designed for group cooking and eating. We very much enjoyed this and recommended highly.

We had an amazing time and really enjoyed our cooking class! Vivian was a perfect host - we learned so much and also had the best time with her. The setting is beautiful and everything was really delicious. It was also great for my 15 and 11 year old daughters so works well with kids. I highly recommend this experience!

How about a cooking lesson on Saturday October 7th - for parents with kids? Maybe a chance for single parents to get out with the kids and meet other parents, while having a great time making food with the kids?

You would need to check with them if children are allowed. We were not travelling with children and only adults on the class we booked.

Hello I am staying at the Hotel Caliu in Palma Nova. I will be there on May 3rd 4th and 5th. I am interested in taking one of your classes. Do you have availibility on those days. Also can some one pick me up at the hotel. Is there a shuttle I can take. I understand I am not in the city central, and I would be happy to pay for the pickup and return.
