We user Natour for a 7 day self guided walking tour in La Palma, this included all hotel accommodation, taxi and bus transfers as well a route guides.
Everything was super well organised, with efficient and punctual transfers and a nice mix of pleasant accommodation.
The week we were there was impacted by a heat wave which resulted in some of the more iconic walks having to be cancelled (the National Park was closed) and some of the walks needing to be curtailed due to the heat. This was disappointing , but not Natour's fault - good alternatives were arranged, usually with us being given a selection of alternative walks to choose from.
Our tour guide, Miguel, was excellent and always available for advice and to arrange short notice taxi pick-ups when needed.
Overall a very positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend to others, a friendly, competent local company that can offer very flexible walking trips to enjoy the best of the island. Just need to go back and do those key iconic walks

We did pirates’ bay hike from Tijarafe to El Jesús.
Amazing guides, very friendly and good knowledge of the place. Great atmosphere in the group.
We absolutely recommend! So much added value compared to hiking alone.

Sadly we were hiking on the day the eruption of Cabeza de Vaca took place. We never made it back to the hotel… The bus drove us to safety and the guides made sure we were in good hands before leaving.
Great customer service, we got a refund for all cancelled hikes within a week.

Guía con pocos conocimientos para la ruta por la caldera. Tras hacerle varias preguntas, el mismo nos dijo que era su segunda vez en el parque. Cuando contratas un guía esperas que aporte información sobre el entorno. En este caso la persona no lo conocía. Y es una ruta (mirador brecitos- Barranco de las Angustias) que se puede hacer sin guía perfectamente. Continuamente señalizada y sin dificultad.
Pero el problema no es del guía sino de la agencia. Gestionan el mismo trasporte de ida y vuelta para gente que íbamos con guía y gente que iba a hacer la ruta por su cuenta. Esto implica que puede que los tiempos de llegada al final de la ruta sean diferentes y por alguna de las partes haya que esperar. En nuestro caso tuvimos que esperar 1h 45min para que finalmente una pareja que iba por su cuenta nunca apareciese. El guía no aportaba solución a la situación y su único argumento era que era la segunda vez que hacia eso. Finalmente el conductor del transporte dijo que no podíamos esperar más y nunca supimos de la pareja. Mala gestión y poca profesionalidad.

Had a lovely short break at The Doric Best bits - the staff - the food- the entertainment especially Caine Ward - wow can he play that guitar !! and Carla Palmer as Dolly Parton very entertaining !

Debido a causas ajenas a Natour, no pudimos hacer 2 de las 3 excursiones que teníamos contratadas con ellos, ya que los senderos estuvieron cerrados por la ola de calor que hubo esos días. Estuvieron en todo momento pendientes para ofrecernos alternativas con ellos o información de rutas que podíamos hacer por nuestra cuenta, algo que les agredecemos mucho. Antes de contratar las excursiones también nos informaron de forma precisa por teléfono, resolviendo todas nuestras dudas.
La visita a la Caldera de Taburiente sí pudimos hacerla y fue una experiencia impresionante que hay que vivir. El lugar es increíble, el trato de nuestra conductora y de la guía muy profesional, muy organizado, puntuales y pendientes de todo.
Esperamos poder volver a La Palma para poder visitar todo lo que nos quedó pendiente, por supuesto intentaremos hacer las caminatas que tuvimos que cancelar.
La visita a la Caldera de Taburiente sí pudimos hacerla y fue una experiencia impresionante que hay que vivir. El lugar es increíble, el trato de nuestra conductora y de la guía muy profesional, muy organizado, puntuales y pendientes de todo.

La excursión es preciosa, la organización precisa, con excelentes guías. En nuestra opinión habría que destacar con más énfasis que no es una excursión para advenedizos y aficionados: es preciso tener un mínimo de forma física y estar habituado al senderismo. Por otro lado, la información logística debería ser más precisa y, especialmente -y esto es muy importante- el tiempo de duración de la actividad. En la web se dice que son 5 horas y no es verdad: desde el momento de salida -en el aparcamiento porque nosotros fuimos con nuestro coche- hasta que nos dejaron en el mismo punto ya para coger el coche transcurrieron más de ocho horas. Y, aunque la excursión merece mucho la pena, nosotros perdimos otra actividad nocturna que habíamos contratado por culpa de esas más de tres horas de diferencia.

Todo muy bien organizado y en la agencia todos muy profesionales.Las excursiones y las vistas son fantásticas.La isla es maravillosa y vale la pena conocerla caminando de la mano de Natour.Una experiencia inolvidable que seguro que repetiremos.

Wir waren das 1 Mal auf La Palma uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.Haben 4 geführte Wanderungen gemacht.Traumpfade,Wilder Norden ,Vulkan und Bodega und Märchenwald.
Guides alle Top sind 2 mal mit Romeo,1 Mal mit Carolina und 1 Mal mit Romeos Mutter gelaufen.Haben von allen Guides sehr viel erfahren,super vielen Dank an Alle Guides nochmal.Wir persönlich würden wieder geführte Wanderungen machen sind zwischen 10/15 Leuten und wen was passiert ist man halt nicht auf sich allein gestellt.Hat 2 Mal in der Gruppe so einen Fall und das war natürlich dann alles gut organisiert.Wen man allein unterwegs ist ,ist das halt so eine Sache!!!
In diesem Sinne bleibt gesund und so wie ihr seit.

Hola, gustosamente respondo a tu cuestión.
El alojamiento fué en el H10 Taburiente y las excursiones con Natour, las reservas fueron a través de internet y me pareció una excelente opción conjunta.
Puedes leer mis comentarios sobre ambos aquí, en Tripadvisor.
Natour ofrece varias excursiones, son muy profesionales y serios, consulta su web y si tienes alguna duda, te responderán de manera rápida y amable.

I will be arriving La Palma November 10, 2017 on Harmony of the Seas Royal Caribbean. Do you have availability? Do u pick up from where the ships dock? I visited your website but could not figure out how to contact you via email. I was interested in the National Park hike- I am 60 years old but quite active- do you think this would be a good option for me or would you recommend one of your less strenuous tours?

Hola! Pues la verdad es que creo que no. Nunca he visto que se organicen en Ferry excursiones a La Gomera desde aquí. Y como no hay conexión marítima con el Hierro creo que tampoco. Habría que ir a Tenerife en el barco de madrugada, que llega a La Gomera a las 7 más o menos y esperar a las 8 de la tarde para coger el siguiente barco que viene a La Palma. Aquí se puede alquilar el coche o también en La Gomera.
