L'auditorio venne progettato dall'architetto Santiago Calatrava, si trova di fronte all'oceano Atlantico!E' considerato l'edificio più moderno dell'arcipelago Canario. Originale e ben contestualizzato, merita decisamente una visita anche solo dall'esterno!

We visited Santa Cruz de Tenerife off of a cruise ship. The auditorium was a 20 to 30 minute walk down the waterfront, the architecture is impressive and it has a unique design.

Fantastic place to sit down for a coffee with view of sea and the park. Only 2euros each. Nice clean toilets. Impressive architecture.

Colpisce subito arrivando a Santa Cruz. Visto dall'esterno è spettacolare, a patto che piaccia l'architettura moderna di Calatrava.

Another wonderful work of the talented architect Calatrava. The same sci-fi aspect as his other creations. The Auditorio reminds me of the Palau de les Arts in Valencia. Amazing architecture!
On the website it says that guided tours are organized to visit the interior, but when I sent an e-mail to the official address asking for some details, they didn't bother to answer. A bad mark in the communication section.
On the ground floor is a cafe with an outdoor terrace with a beautiful view.

Esta a las afueras de la ciudad, se puede ir dando un paseo. La estructura por fuera es muy bonita y puedes dar un buen paseo alrededor disfrutando de las vistas.

.. I felt it was channelling the Sydney Opera House? Our guide said the building cost a lot of money... however on close inspection there are already signs of deteriation? Clearly, the concrete work was challenging. YMMV

Esta vez fuimos al auditorio para ver el espectáculo musical y teatral Love Love Love, de José Corbacho y Ramón Gener, junto a una banda de rock y la magnífica orquesta sinfónica de Tenerife.
Una vez más el auditorio no defraudó, desde cualquier butaca podías ver y escuchar perfectamente el espectáculo.
Bravo por apostar por la cultura y traer espectáculos variados, al estar en una isla no hay tantas opciones y se agradece.

Witam,
ja byłam w maju i wówczas parking był bezpłatny przez cały dzień. Parking jest bardzo duży i trudno go nie zauważyć. Jadąc od strony południowej po prawej stronie drogi (Av. de la Constitucion). Obok jest park i ogród botaniczny z palmami (na lekkim wzgórzu).

non sono in grado di dare info utili perchè la ns visita è stata solo esterna e di breve durata (venivamo da Puerto de La cruz)ma gli uffici turistici danno info molto dettagliate e forse si trovano direttamente anche on line.

Wij ga deze zomer naar Tenerife. Wij huren een auto en willen deze onder het Auditorium parkeren. Hoe ver is de wandeling vanaf het Auditorium naar het centrum (restaurants en winkels)?

Naar het historische centrum is 1,5 km, 20 minuten lopen. Als je kunt, bezoek dan de oude hoofdstad, San Cristobal de Laguna, en Puerto de La Cruz, niet te missen.

There is no dress code for an ordinary concert, wear whatever you like as long as it is clean. Smart casual is recommended, jacket / suit / tie is optional. The Spanish audience seems to be more stylish dressed than the tourists.

Siempre que hemos ido a algún evento dado en el auditorio hemos procurado coger la fila 15 a la izquierda según se mira al escenario, el motivo es porque, cuando coincide con algún concierto de piano, desde está posición veréis hasta las manos del pianista, ya, que está de lado. Por todo lo demás creemos que es una buena fila en cuanto a visión y audición.
