The Mall is beautiful, the best in Barcelona, and most shops and catering very well, the problem is with the FNAC store, there are not enough staff, once I had to leave after 20' and tour the whole store because there was NOT ONE shop assistant, amazing; another day we also left because this time there was ONE shop assistant and although there were only 3 customers in the checkout queue, between phone card charges and showing a product, it was over half an hour. It seems almost impossible to be served, a very bad image problem for FNAC and the Mall.

Despite the hot weather outside, the air conditioning was insufficient.
We ordered a pizza and a salad. My husband had only the pizza and I had only the salad because it was served about 20 minutes after the pizza.
But worst of all, it was missing half the ingredients. Unbelievable. No caramelized apple, no nuts. Nor dried tomato, it was a simple tomato.
A disaster that will keep us from coming back.
I hope you get a good look before you go.

Beautiful 360 view that really deserves to be seen. We took the elevator and paid 1.5 € per person while the climb by the climber inside the shopping gallery is free.. a bit catch tourist this elevator...

The outside is of a beautiful Toiros Square where they decided to make another gallery of shops when the main shopping center of Barcelona is its excellent Traditional Commerce. Lack of rest area for customers and amazing not providing a socket to charge mobile phone. Nice view on the top floor but not worth barely pay in the outdoor elevator climb the interior stairs.

The shops don't amount to much , you don't have to go there .
View from above is very nice to visit.
Do not take the elevator on the outside , this is for a fee .
Inside you can take an elevator or escalator to the roof so this is a tourist trap.
On top of the roof several restaurants .
Inside there are also free toilets , metro stops opposite .

Barcelona is a very fun place with lots of things to do and places to visit. We did not encounter any protesters, so our experience was not dampened by this. We went to other cities as well, but Barcelona was our favorite. As long as people are aware of their surroundings, they can have a good time and avoid negative experiences (e.g., pickpocketing). The time we spent there (5 days) wasn’t enough. We’d love to return. Other cities we loved were Cuenca and Toledo.

It is absolutely necessary to take the panoramic elevator if you pass around. It costs 1.5 euros to climb but the view is worth a look. There is way to go all around the roof and many restaurants are there with great views.
