Enorm in de maling genomen door dit bedrijf, niets huren hier!
Half volle accu meegekregen en na een half uur stopte de fiets ermee. Onmogelijk om dan terug te lopen.
Ze komen de fiets dan ophalen en je kan dan flinke betalen.
Achteraf leggen ze de schuld bij jou! Schandalig!!

Son unos estafadores tanto Wanted como EsRent los mismos dueños por separado, no pagan finiquito ni pagan nada, son unos autenticos estafadores lituanos que contratan pakistanis y la chica rusa.. en fin.. No alquileis nada aqui ni en Wanted ni en EsRent. Pura basura de gente, yo el unico español que trabaje como mecanico alli a los 3 meses les dije que me firmaran el despido que yo no me iba a ir , y ni finiquito ni nada. Son pura basura tanto Elena como los demas pakistanis. Me hacian hacer lo que ni marcaba mi contrato. Son dos tiendas de la mafia lituana la cual se han separado y EsRent es de un piloto de rallyes conocido que sale hasta en video juegos. Y aun así no te pagan el finiquito por que como los dueños y administradores no son ni viven en españa pues se rien todo, solo les deseo que les vaya todo como el culo y cierren sus mierdas de tiendas. Ale a chuparla gentuza.

Mi pareja y yo alquilamos 2 bicis eléctricas por 1 hora. A los 10 minutos de alquilarla una tenía la rueda pinchada (creemos que ya nos la dieron pinchada) y no caminaba. Llamamos al número de teléfono explicando la situación. Nos quisieron cobrar 20€ por venir a buscarnos alegando que no habíamos contratado el seguro (el cual no nos habían ofrecido). Tuvimos que arrastrar la bici con un calor tremendo y al llegar a la tienda nos quisieron cobrar 50€ por la rueda. La dependienta de la tienda no hablaba ni papa de español por encima.
Nos negamos a pagar el alquiler y la reparación, no habíamos dejado depósito. Tuvimos que llamar a la guàrdia urbana para que nos devolvieran el DNI.
Tienen mucha cara. Que no os tomen el pelo!!!

Lamento mucho por vuestra experiencia, pero si vosotros podrias andar con bici esos 10min como usted diga y ne lo notaste nada la rueda pincaste usted. Ademas usted fimaron un contrato que en parte atras esta explicado la polica de empresa, si la firmas estas de acuerdo. Lemento mucho de nuevo por vuestra experencia, pero si firmas algo deberias leerlo antes y no estar morestado despues.
Por otro lado no es ningun oblogatorio hablar Español.

Wir haben uns ein Tuk Tuk ausgeliehen (für 3 Personen) und haben die ganze Stadt erkundet. Es ist zwar leicht abenteuerlich beim Verkehr in Barcelona mit dem Tuk Tuk durch die Gegend zu fahren. Wir hatten eine Menge Spaß, Preis Leistung absolut in Ordnung.

They rented us a bike with a flat tyre and charged us for it! Terrible costumer service! Do not rent from this place

We rented a tandem bike and after a small drive the tyre got flat. We pumped up the tyre at a local store and were able to drive back to the shop. Instead of helping us they charged us 25 euro's for the flat tyre! They told us it took us too long to get back to the store so it was our fault the tyre got flat.
I would not suggest anyone renting a bike here because when something is wrong with the bike when you rent it, they will make you pay for it.

Sorry to hear Mats about your situation, but on our terms and conditions (i suppose you got them and signed on back of contract) is written that client is responsible to damages occurring during rental period.

We rented 3 electric bikes. The first problem was one tire rubbed and made a constant noise, so we went back to return it. We had to go back a second time because the power didn't work on another bike. Wasting 45 minutes of our day, we were so upset and ready to cancel our bikes, but he told us to read the contract we signed, WE CAN'T. They ended up exchanging it for another. As we were out and about we noticed the tires were BALD. Thank goodness none popped on us because I bet he would have loved to charge 50€ as he did for another client.
Don't get me wrong, it was a LOT of fun, but be sure you check your bike before leaving.

I went to that shop in order to rent a grand tour 4 seater electric little car fro me and my parents. The service was great and the rental agreement did not take long. One of the staff checked the battery and confirmed that it was full. However, 30 minutes into the ride along Barceloneta, the battery died and we had to cycle all the way back which is not as easy as riding a bike. I explained to the same person that did the rental that the battery died 30 minutes after we rented it (had a photo of the empty battery indicator with the date/time stamp) but the guy was really not interested in what happened and kept saying that he gave it to me with a full battery. I explained to him that the battery might have been full but it was not enough for a one hour ride and I should be compensated because in reality I could have rented the manual 4 seater for less money. In the end, he did not of course give any money back and what started out as an exciting tour along the beach ended up with the three of us walking back home tired and disappointed!

Je confirme que ce sont des voleurs ! Apparemment ils disaient être ok pour rendre la caution si nous venions dans leur magasin sauf que comme par hasard ils ne répondent pas aux mails de mon ami (je dois aller à Barcelone ce weekend et du coup je voulais en profiter pour récupérer l'argent de mon ami)
Ne croyez pas les gérants quoi qu'ils vous disent, ce sont des escrocs !
!!Je vais faire une sale réputation de ce magasin sur tous les réseaux sociaux et forums de voyage !!

Confirmo que son ladrones ! Al parecer , dijeron estaba bien para devolver el depósito si estábamos en su tienda , excepto por casualidad no responden a los correos electrónicos Mi amigo (tengo que ir a Barcelona este fin de semana y de repente me quería tomar la oportunidad de recuperar el dinero de mi amigo)
No creo que los administradores de lo que te dicen , que son ladrones !
!! Voy a hacer un mal nombre para la tienda en todas las redes sociales y foros de viajar !!

I used this company's services in Barcelona last November. We made a 300 euro deposit on our electric car rental AND WE HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE MONEY BACK YET! They said it would be returned in 3 days. Then they responded to my emails saying they had some computer errors that got in the way of sending the money back. I have patiently waited but almost a half a year has passed!
The W4nted team is not responding to my emails anymore. The emails started out professional but got shorter and more cryptic as time went on.
300 euros is SO MUCH MONEY! I am so stressed about this. Has anyone gotten their money back yet?? If you have please share how you did.

And let me say that, as I mentioned in my email correspondences with them, it is not possible to order a money request from our bank in the country I live in without legal prescedent. I would need to involve the police! And I want to believe that this can be resolved in some other way.. I enjoyed their services very much at the time and have good faith that they should be able to return us the money..

No, i would avoid this company totally , they will take a large deposit and not return it even if you give back the equipment in perfect order. It will take months of haggling with them and your bank and many people have never seen their money again. They are very unfriendly and nasty . Please avoid.

The same happened to me. Hired 2 bikes on 22 Oct and it’s now 6th Jan and 100 Euro deposit has still not been refunded.
