12€ affiché au compteur,20€ demandé.
Des voleurs et du travail au noir. Uber est certainement mieux, ils rigoleront moins quand ils seront tous en dessous d’un pont.
Donc Barcelone pour moi c’est terminé, il y a plein d’autres villes qui sont plus intéressantes.

The driver didn’t show up. I reconfirmed the location and pickup time the day before and was told no problem. I called the office twice—first told that the driver would be there in five minutes—then twenty minutes after our pickup time to cancel when we had to get a taxi. I had read some bad reviews but it shows as a decent rating in one section of TripAdvisor and a lower rating when checking out. You should believe the lower rating. TripAdvisor was good about the prompt refund.

Punctual, clean, helpful. Booking was easy and straightforward. It was as described. We were three persons with six bags so a 5 person private transfer was ideal in that it spaciously accommodated us and our baggage.

Driver arrived early, waited for us, and drove us to the correct pier. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Could not have been better!

Service was fantastic; collection from hotel to airport (was booked by hotel) ; but you can flag down these taxis anytime there are always plenty around. Price was good too

The transfer process was very well done. I was told I would receive a call to let me know when they were approaching the terminal, and I did. He came, and helped with luggage, and was very cordial during the drive. Due to construction work near the hotel, he had to let us out down the street, but, again, helped with everything.

Estoy muy decepcionado con el servicio que usé por primera vez
El chofer llegó tarde, no encontraba mi dirección, me esperó en otra dirección. Le tuve que indicar como llegar
Demora aprox 35’, previsto 15’
El camino que tomó para ir de Belgrano a Ezeiza fue increible, paseamos por toda la ciudad, en un momento le señalé ir para tomar General Paz, me dijo OK y fue a tomar la autopista
Se molestó porque le decía que estabamos demorando. Dijo que era culpa del GPS
Luego me cobró 3200 en lugar de 3018 menos un peaje de 80, yo había pagado de mi bolsillo 80 pesos de peaje
El auto no era para equipaje adicional, 2 valijas medianas y un carry-on, si llevo una valija mas no entra
Lamentablemente no voy a usar v/servicio en adelante

Si vous prenez un taxi à Barcelone de la gare de Sants, pour rejoindre votre hôtel ou autre, pensez si vous le pouvez à brancher le GPS de votre portable.
Comment se fait il que ces chauffeurs qui circulent toute la journée dans Barcelone connaissent si peu leur ville et que leurs GPS vous fassent faire 2 fois le tour de la ville .Dommage je connais un peu Barcelone et il s'est aperçu de mon mécontentement.
Non seulement le chauffeur n'était pas des plus aimable, mais pas très content non plus que se soit mon GPS de France qui le guide. D'après ce que j'ai pu constater de visu, je ne suis la seule à être avec le portable à la main pour guider les chauffeurs de taxis.La prochaine fois je reprends le métro

Arrived at the airport no transfer. Called and as my flight had been changed and I needed to amend the arrival time, they had not been informed. Even though I had done everything I was supposed to do.
Waited 20 minuites for the transfer.
Was taken to Venice and they waited another 20 minuites for a taxi.
I was expecting a beautiful wooden traditional boat. Didn't get one.
Not worth the money, get a speedboat for 4 for £130 at the airport.
The advert of airport water taxi is misleading as you drive to Venice the get the water taxi.
Asked for a partial refund with all of their errors, told no.

Hello. What would be the best way to get from the cruise port in Barcelona to Hotel Front Air Congress? If we were to take a taxi, how much would it cost for two passengers with two luggage and two carry-ons? Thank you.

Taxi is the fastest and best way to leave cruise terminal, many taxis waiting just outside the terminal, you don't have to waiting for long
Hi could you tell me how much it would be to get to barcelona holiday inn hotel for 4 adults and 2 children (age 1 and 5) thank you

Hi, I would like to precise that prices showed on Book Taxi Barcelona website are final prices, always all included, including Meet & Greet, taxes, prebooking fees, gratuities and luggage (1 standard suitcase per each passengers)

We will be arriving at cruise port in Barcelona on Oct. 4th 2017. I need to know best way to get transportation to Barcelona Renaissance hotel. Would like a "shared" shuttle. Have 3 large bags an 2 carry ons. Does anyone have any info? Thanks.

We were a party of 5. 5 large pieces of luggage, 5 backpacks and 2 smaller cases. The driver met us on time and was polite and efficient. I would definitely use this service again. At the cruise port there are dozens of taxis waiting to ferry people from port to hotel or airport, but the lines are long and move slowly. With so many disembarking at the same time, and an equal number of people preparing to board, it is bedlam. I would definitely pre-book. If you hope to share your ride, you may have to book a large taxi and then hope to find two or three people going to the same hotel. I don't know how tricky that will be. Not sure if this is of help. Good Luck!
