We stayed the penultimate weekend of June to arrange the guided tour of the Caliph door. As far as I could see the best time to go is at 10 in the morning, since after leaving for the guided tour they close and sometimes they come back and sometimes they do not.

Normally when we go to a new place we stop by the tourist office, where apart from telling you the most relevant things to see and the schedules, it gives you information about the area and its culture.
In the same way, arriving in Ceuta and being a stranger, we spent the day we arrived staying at the Parador. The girl who attended us was very nice and recommended a few visits and activities to do, especially going with a child.
Additionally, we were able to book a guided tour of the Caliphal Gate, which is not possible otherwise, which allowed us to enter the interior of the Wall and see this hidden gem located within.
He recommended activities to do with children, such as water bikes along the canal or going to the Mediterranean Maritime Park.
The building is modern and very spacious. By the way, since the windows are mirrors, it is best to knock on the door to have them open the door for you, since it doesn't seem like anyone is there.

Thought it was closed at first but when I found the right piece of glass to push open, I found all that I wanted. They have a very good booklet, full of information on all the best sights and a map. As we were pressed for time we didn't speak to anyone as they were busy with other people.

Las chicas de la oficina de Turismo tanto la que tenía la oficina en el puerto como otro puesto que encontramos en la ciudad super atentas, con buenos conocimientos de todo lo visitable.

We flew to Ceuta on the helicopter service from Algeciras for the weekend and had a great time. We will return again, however we wanted a tour and wanted to know how much we could take in on such a short stay. Tourist offices are usually the best bet but sadly the tourist office was closed.

Está situada al lado de las murallas se ve bien porque tiene un letrero muy grande
El personal es muy agradable y te ofrecen todo tipo de actividades para hacer en Ceuta

I was looking for accommodation and had asked staff in a lovely bar/ taperia. A lady from the Tourism Office overheard and immediately offered to help. I made my way to the office where she helped search, call and even confirm accommodation for me. As it turned out I ended up staying in another hotel than the one she had found for me but this was not due to the service provided. We had looked online and the other hotel had not appeared as available. On my way to the held hotel I stumble across another one just 50m away. For 8 Euros difference I had the choice of swapping from a single room with no window, fan and shared bathroom to a hotel with balcony, free wifi, tv, en-suite and fridge. So thank you very much for all the assistance! You provided a great service and made my stay in Ceuta a lot easier.

Situado sobre el baluarte perro no se nota por la restauración. En la oficina suministran mapas y una pequeña guía de lo máss importante que ver en la ciudad. Personal agradable perro nada que ver allí.

Tiene mucha información y folletos de todo tipo. Muchas gracias a la señorita que nos atendió porque es muy muy muy amable y nos dio una información muy completa de todo lo que podíamos hacer en el poco tiempo que teníamos. Gracias a lo que hemos visto de la ciudad y a todo lo que ella nos explicó nos hemos planteado volver a pasar unos días en la ciudad.

Está en un punto de la ciudad que no pilla de paso y no sirven de ayuda para nada. Lo más que pueden hacer por ti es darte una bolsa llena de folletos publicitarios de pseudo-atracciones turísticas y propaganda de negocios locales.
