Last summer I made several orders to cut English online, spun eggs and sent it to my house without problem.
Today when placing exactly the same order, I get a message that it is not possible to send said product to my house, I contact the cut inles, and a certain Felipe told me that it was impossible to send my house an order of spun egg x8, as if I lived on the moon, apologized several times and disconnected without giving me explanations.
Thanks to this, I have saved about 16€ by buying it directly from the company that originated the spun eggs.

Good morning.
I want to move my opinion about catering, prepared food from El Corte Inglés:de Castellana, Madrid
I bought 1.5 K of roastbeef with cumberland sauce and roasted chives as a side dish for dinner on December 31, 2024.
The roastbeef went in the trash, full of fat (I understand it was high back) but still excess fat
Entirely inedible, badly cut, broken steaks, excessively raw.
Could not eat
I don't recommend it.

Black future for the English cut. Their online trade is sun worse than 3l worse than you know. Badass, old and nasty web. Unilateral cancellation of 90 percent of orders without explanation or compensation
Customer service not available. I don't give more than 5 years to live, and I'll only be sorry for the thousands of layoffs. I always defended it as a Spanish company, but it deserves to go to the sinkhole.

I placed an order for a washing machine on October 19th to today which is November 12th is still the blessed hour I don't know anything.
I've claimed compensation for the damage and this afternoon I get a call from WAREHOUSE, EYE.
TO TELL ME THAT THERE IS A RESERVATION ON NOVEMBER 11TH AND THAT WHEN I GET THE RESERVATION.
AFTER A MONTH WITHOUT A MUST-HAVE APPLIANCE FOR A HOME.
WE WEIGH, UNFORMAL, LIARS, DODGE THE PROBLEM AND MISLEAD CUSTOMERS

Customer Service for nefarious online purchase. I've had two consecutive negative experiences. The first is because in a promotional campaign for Adidas branded items, where an additional discount was offered on certain items, when validating the basket, that discount disappeared. I took photographs of the computer screen so that the day and time would be recorded, as this promotion campaign expired that day, and I reported the incident with the photographs in the email of Customer Service. After 5 days they reply to me literally saying that "since I didn't make any purchases there was nothing to claim". The second negative experience: I receive an email from El Corte Inglés letting me know that if I download the app I will have a welcome coupon valued at 15 euros (promotion valid for 15 days). Well, on the last day of the promotion I decide to make a purchase and it turns out that entering the discount coupon code leaves "error" and there is no way to apply it. I call Customer Service, as they are still in service, and after several attempts they do not find any logical explanation for the problem and inform me that they report the incident in writing because they cannot solve it. After 4 days and after asking me to provide them with the coupon code, they reply that the coupon conditions specified that only the purchase through the APP was valid and that is why I could not apply the discount (it turns out that after trying to make the purchase through the APP, I tried it through the computer and, seeing that the same error message came out, that is when I took the photos for the record. Well, it is seen that they took advantage of this circumstance to wring out the lump in the easiest way).
And I say, what little commercial vision and lack of humanity of the agent who served me (representing El Corte Inglés). They themselves create an error with their promotion, I call Customer Care within the term of the promotion and follow their instructions to finally, after a few days answer me that the problem has been mine for doing the wrong process (when, I repeat, I called Customer Care to help me solve the problem and they were unable to do it). Of course I unsubscribed from the APP and will not buy them again.
