Communication, pickup, and ride were excellent. We ended up with a delayed flight and then at the wrong baggage claim, and our driver Ruben was patient and helpful throughout. We were really impressed. The journey into the city was calming and informative as we practiced our bad Spanish and asked questions. Normally we use Uber, but this is a better option in this case.

The actual taxi service: amazing and 5 stars. We booked a car for the Madrid Airport to Toledo: the driver and experience was on time, professional, and perfect.
I'm docking a point on this review because of the payment process. In big letters at the top of https://madridairporttaxis.com/ it says "book now and pay later", and this message is repeated in several other locations. This is not accurate: my trip required pre-payment. Worse yet, there is no payment integrated with the web site, and the email they send to request payment looks a lot like a scam. I'm from USA so I had to make a couple international calls to verify it was legit.
Also note: https://madridairporttaxis.com is one and the same as SOLHOP, and this is who I was able to speak to.

I went very well. Although the flight was delayed by more than 1 hour the driver was waiting for me at the meeting point. Travel between the airport and the destination was quiet and the driver was very attentive. It's worth it.

We booked our transfer from airport. Great service. Clean van. The driver is on time and courteous. We’ll use again for our our return transfer to airport.

Our driver, Jesus, was well-dressed and very professional. He was there when we arrived, helped us with our luggage and guided us through the Madrid airport. The Mercedes van was nice and super-clean. Jesus offered us water and provided a smooth ride to our hotel. When we arrived, he went inside and got the porter to help with the luggage. He was very kind and pleasant. We highly recommend!

Excellent service, they were punctual and very professional. Highly recommended. Their booking site is very easy to navigate and receive confirmation in very little time. They respond to emails, the communication is great.

This service made my arrival in Madrid very easy. I was kept informed about the driver and pickup point for my transfer via WhatsApp, starting the day before my pickup and continuing until I connected with the driver at the Madrid airport. The driver, Carlos, was on time, holding a sign with my name. He confirmed my name and hotel destination, then took my bags and led me to the car which was just a short walk from the terminal. He didn’t speak English, but that wasn’t a problem at all. Carlos is an excellent driver. My hotel was in an awkward location in a square and cars can’t pull right up to the front. Carlos skillfully backed the car up through a small side street so he could get me as close to the hotel door as possible. He took my bags and led me to the hotel doorman. The service was wonderfully efficient. I had a few communications with them at the time of booking and their replies were prompt and thorough. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

Excellent service from start to finish. Flying in to Madrid from UK we had a small delay at passport control but our driver was waiting for us as expected in the arrivals. People carrier was really luxurious and he got us to our hotel in no time. Then our return transfer arrived promptly (10 mins early) to take us back to the airport. Really happy and would definitely use again.

We found this service to be excellent from booking to actual transport. The vehicle was clean and the driver was on time and courteous .Highly recommend.

I just booked a booking in the VIP sedan (4 passengers + 3 bags).
When i filled out booking details i noted that it was 2 of us , with 4 total bags. The booking got confirmed with no issues,.
I assume that even though it said 3 bags , we are ok with 4 as we have only 2 passengers thus 1 bag can take the place of a passenger, etc ? The company confirmed the booking so just thinking out loud, anyone had any experience with booking a 3 bag limit car , with 4 bags ? Thanks !

Itravel from Malaga to Nerja they are very accommodating,thei cars IFeel sure, can handle 3 suitcases,I would say no problem, if in doubt a brief email will do the trick, enjoy you trip.
