We had a most enjoyable day with Ignacio. His knowledge of both the locality and the topic of the tour …. wine, was both incredible and fascinating. We enjoyed both of the wineries that we visited and absolutely loved the incredible restaurant that we had lunch in. A fantastic bonus, for us, was that our fellow traveller was both a wine buff and is presently studying wine as a subject. She seriously knew her subject and the combination of herself and Ignacio was an incredible plus for my husband and me.
If you want to take a wine tour then I would give this trip a 100% recommendation.
At the end of the day Ignacio very kindly dropped us and our fellow traveler to our hotels.
Absolutely loved everything about our trip.

My husband and I have taken several winery tours around the world and this tour was by far the best either of us has experienced. More than just wine tasting, the tour provides insight into the process for a few wineries having different business approaches. Adding to the wine experience is the beautiful scenery and fantastic meal. Ignacio is a wonderful guide and goes the extra mile to provide a great experience. We highly recommend this tour.

We had a fantastic day on this tour! Our guide Ignacio was full of passion for both Spain and wine. He kept us constantly entertained with his funny stories full of Spanish history and facts. A visit to a great winery, a fantastic lunch, and time to enjoy beautiful Segovia were all made even better by having such a warm, friendly and passionate guide who did everything possible to make sure we had a great experience. We highly recommend booking with winebus.

We absolutely loved our day trip with Ignacio! We had a lovely family wine-tour, a visit through the Don Quixote book museum in Consuegra before seeing two windmill sites, as well as a gorgeous castle. Ignacio relayed the history and culture of the area, and picked out a great lunch spot that rivaled some of Madrid’s top restaurants! Ignacio went above and beyond with a quick detour into Toledo which was gorgeous after sunset, before completing the tour. 10/10 would recommend!

From beginning to end, this tour was awesome. Our guide & driver Ignacio was full of historic information with a real passion for wine....he was great fun. The wineries were beautiful, the food was great, especially the Lamb & the wine was SUPERB!! But the 'cherry on top of the cake' for me was Ignacio 😉

This tour was an excellent addition to our Madrid experience and allowed us to explore additional areas outside of the city!
From start to finish, everything was well-organized, and we experienced the perfect balance of history, sights, and amazing wine. Our guide, Ignacio, was fantastic—so knowledgeable and personable, sharing fascinating insights into Segovia’s history.
The winery was an excellent first stop (and included a full tasting plus snacks). Next up, Segovia's ancient aqueduct, majestic cathedral, and fairy-tale Alcázar are truly amazing. We had just enough time at each site.
It was the ideal blend of culture, history, and wine. Five stars all around!

We had a wonderful time on our wine tour with Ignacio and highly recommend the experience. This was a highlight of our time in Madrid!
We traveled in a small group and were able to visit 3 different wineries in Ribera del Duero. Ignacio has great relationships in the industry and is very knowledgeable about both the history in the region and wine. We learned so much, tasted great wines, and had the opportunity to visit 3 very different wineries.
We also had an amazing lunch where we were able to tour the underground caves of the restaurant. We learned so much about the history and the food was delicious. Ignacio provided us great recommendations so I recommend following them if you are able to.
Ignacio speaks English very well and his passion shines through. He is also very funny. You will walk away having tasted great wine, great food, and with knowledge and appreciation for Ribera Del Duero.
One last note - I recommend being flexible with the time you need to be back in the city since it may allow more time for additional activities on the tour. You may not even be hungry for dinner, but if you have a dinner reservation it’s likely best to plan a late one.

We had a great time experiencing the Ribera Del Duero wine region! My husband and I love trying out new wines during our travels and this was a great way to experience the spanish country side as well. The history behind some of the wineries we visited was amazing being able to go into the caves made the experience even more interesting. Ignacio our tour guide was so helpful in creating the perfect day for us. We received a lot of history behind Spain and the wines. We also got to experience a delicious lunch that we would not have found otherwise!

First and foremost, you must do this tour, it’s a perfect way to spend the day to learn about Spain. When the description says unforgettable it truly is truly unforgettable. The wealth of knowledge, the kindness, and the willingness to serve you is unmatched like I’ve ever seen before. I would recommend spending the extra money for the private tour as you will truly get an experience like never before. I wouldn’t want to be in a group unless you are an introvert, but being engaging with the tour guide truly allows you to learn so much.

I am a solo traveler and was wanting to take the tour of the "Windmills of Don Quixote" but in trying to book it said it had to be at least a party of 2 people. Is there help for a "SOLO traveler"?

Hello. Good afternoon: we have a very nice tour on August 13. We go to Bodegas Kirios and Segovia.
This is a tour that begins on Saturday at 15,45 h You can book on the tour to Bodegas Kirios and Segovia. We are not allowed to send you links to this specific tour bit I think that if you go to our website you will find it easily (We have published that tour a couple of hour before)
We go to a very special winery, with wonderful wines, we are going to have lamb chops on the winery and we are going to visit a wonderful town later (Segovia) with amazing monuments.

To set a tour you have to get into our website and have a look on the tours available. We have not programmed anything yet for that March Saturday 26 but what is pretty sure is we will visit a winery from Ribera del Duero and rhat the program is going to be as it follows: Tour standard details:
•10 h Departure from Madrid
•12:00 h Winery visit and tasting
•14:00 h End of winery visit and tasting
•15:00 h Lunch
•16:30 h Afternoon activity
•18:30 h End of afternoon activity
•20 h Arrival in Madrid.
If you book now you can do it through Paypal paying only 30 euros in advance. The rest of the Price you pay it on the day of the tour just before begining the tour.
