We had a wonderful tour. Our guide was outstanding. She was so knowledgeable. I only wish we had had much more time with her. When a scholar and such a beautiful museum! We recommend Viator. We had wonderful tours and guides. Thank you.

Professional driver, on time and provided a bottle of water. The ride was very nice and the driver was great, he told us about the area we were staying and the sights to go see. Great experience

Amazing service definitely recommend!
Andrea went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and with the little time I had they were able to make it happen and show me Madrid in a very special way!

It was an exceptional experience. Nothing like having an experienced look watching us. Much study, dedication and affection from Sandra. My son was going to accompany us and he couldn't show up. We got the entrance fee back. All very correct. ✨

This private tour couldn’t have been worse. It was supposed to be a two hour guided tour through the Prado museum. Our guide picked us up at 10 o’clock, which was the start time of the tour. We then had to take taxis from our hotel to the museum. Taxis weren’t pre-booked so we were standing around waiting for taxis to come. By the time we got through the traffic and to the museum and through security with our tickets, It was almost 11 o’clock. A while wasted hour. We had one hour with our guide. This tour cost over $400 and I’m still trying to figure out what it was I was paying for. Our guide, Sophia, spoke quietly and we weren’t provided with headsets. She lost my husband after about five minutes because he couldn’t hear her.

Super company service, there were already people waiting for us the car park near the landing which helped us because we were with a lot of luggage, comfortable car, friendly person too. We liked it so much that we made a trip back to the airport. I recommend.
