Bar in the malasana district near the noviciado station. Slightly removed from the major tourist passages we had the Impression that it was very frequented by the locals.
We were seduced by the room with a very cozy basement and by their mastery of classic cocktails.

It's no shame it was voted one of the 500 best bars in the world. Cozy atmosphere, cozy, low light, attention note maximum, while you take the drinks the attendant stays serving you water at all times.. everything perfect, I took my fiancé surprise and he loved!!

The cocktails at this joint are unique - jalipino liquor - laphroige and ginger - you will not find another bar like this in Madrid - it gets busy so get there early or book

Thieves. 5 euros for a half cold third, without any snacks. Without finishing it, they asked me if I wanted anything else. Bad experience.

Simply excellent. It is always full. We were lucky and without booking we got a table. The decoration is great, the waiters very attentive. The owner very friendly. The cocktails of 10.

This cocktail bar offers a split-level setting, with a ground floor and a basement area. The staff is amiable and proficient in both English and Spanish.
We tried 3 different cocktails, all of which were both delightful and reasonably priced, ranging between 10-12 EUR. Although our reservation led us to the basement, providing a quieter and more laid-back atmosphere than the ground floor, it did feel a bit stuffy due to a lack of ventilation.
With its unique style, this cocktail bar is certainly worth a visit if you happen to be in the area. I'd also recommend making a reservation in advance, as it tends to get quite crowded inside.

Tried the Negroni Classic nr 1 on the list, and fell for the bar at once. Splendid! ‘Last word’ too! ! Personalized hospitality counts too, and very skilled bartenders. If you love beer they have only two kinds, Alambra is one of them.
