Philip was a great guide, right from the start, he was informed, approachable and answered every question I threw at him...he did this while navigating some tricky terrain in an off-road vehicle and I was so absorbed (by his craft, by the scenery) that I actually forgot I had a camera until we made our first official stop at the waterfalls (which were beautiful).
I couldn't have expected to find all these little spots of beauty on my own and we had a great guide. It was myself and a couple from the UK and Philip's English was fluent and clear (even above all the bumps and the revving of the enginge!). I felt safe and secure (despite not always being horizontal) in our rip-roaring tour of the moutains around Benidorm and I can't hesitate to recommend this guy and this company for anyone wanting to do something different the next time they're in Benidorm.
It was exciting to do something like this and i'm just glad I did my solo hike (end-to-end Sierra Helada) the day before, because it added more than a little awesome to the views that we were treated to at the end, as we drove up and saw the views of Bendidorm from the other side.
Can't fault this full-day tour, was picked up and dropped off in a timeley manner and everything we did was just great fun. I'm glad I did this during December though, the waterfall experience was quiet, calm and peaceful (except for the booming of the water!) - can't imagine how hectic that ends up being during peak summer months.
Thank you Philip and thanks Marco Polo for such a wonderful day!
