Simply an amazing experience. For a person like me, who enjoys to take a break from his busy everyday life and enjoy his holiday as much as he can, this was the right tour. All the sites I saw during my day with Pescara Adventures were very beautiful and authentic. Imagine walking through a path in the forest on a sunny warm day, going barefoot in a lake when it gets to hot, standing on the top of a cliff very high in the mountain, visiting small villages and tasting all the local delicious food. This doesn't even begin to describe the experience!
As every normal person nowadays, who is overwhelmed with tasks, I hate writing comments, but I thought it would be extremely ungrateful on my side if I didn't leave a review here. Mainly because of our guide Maximillian who was EXTREMELY kind, friendly and entertaining.

Spent a day being shown around the most amazing nature reserve with a wonderful guide. Maximillian is kind, warm, friendly, knowledgeable and really likes both his job as a mountain ranger and people. He made us see the real beauty of the Italian countryside and experience its authenticity. Clean rivers, abundant greenery, beautiful mountain villages, hidden jems... Definitely worth it. Made our stay in Pescara unforgettable.

Bonne randonne en vélo pendent 2 heures de temps. Et après, une marche d'une durée de 2 heures sur les sentiers en montagnes d'Abruzzo. Notre guide Max était géniale. On en a eu pour notre argent. Casques fourni avec des vélos montagne de première plan. Une bonne santé physique exigé pour le randonné en foret par contre. Recommendée pour adultes en forme et enfants agée de plus de 14 ans.

Spent the day with Maxmilian and did the bike tour to the hermitage (challenging but doable) followed by a 8km or so hike through the mountains. The water in the small river we were following was so clean and cold you could drink it! The scenery everywhere, from the drive to the hikes, was breathtaking. Max was patient and knowledgable and very easy going and flexible, and his english was flawless. The equipment (bikes) were excellent quality. We even stopped for gelato before returning to the city. I would 100% recommend these tours to anyone who wants a good workout, and an adventure away from the beach. They even pick you up and drop you off.

I booked The bikes on The website The morning and got Them delivered in an hour, The city bike are well kept and The guy that delivered gave me some good tips on restaurant next time i Will definetly call Them again

Vi dro med buss fra Roma til Pescara, det tok ca 3 timer i behagelige busser på fine veier.
Overnattet en dag i Pescara. Byen var stor,trafikkert og lite sjarmerende. Området var flatt med milelange sandstrender. Vil definitivt ikke tilbake, men kan kanskje være greit med en natt,for så å dra videre til andre områder i Italia. Sats på så få timer som mulig i selve byen Pescara. Det positive var at flyplassen var svært liten, raskt å komme seg gjennom.
