Hereby we wish to highlight the attention received by Messrs. Mario and Rosario Fiorentino on our walk along the Amalfi Coast on 27/07/2024. Very grateful for the punctuality, warm treatment, professionalism, enthusiasm for showing us the beauties of this unhurried region, suggestions in each place and the comfort of the vehicle. Always willing to meet our needs with kindness and patience. An unforgettable day. Fully recommended and very happy to have chosen them. Thank you very much

Mariano and his son Rosario picked us up in Naples from the cruise port and drove our family of 4 in a spacious van south along the motorway, stopping for beautiful views of Mount Vesuvius. We then headed to the charming town of Ravello, with stunning views of the Amalfi coast, and enjoyed a delicious coffee with pastries at Bar al San Domingo on the scenic main square. Then off to Positano, which was insanely crowded! But it was so easy to navigate knowing Mariano and Rosario would be there to sweep us away with a smile when we had finished exploring the shops and beachfront. They stopped at a few points along the coast to allow us to take more photos, then dropped us for lunch at Ristorante La Rosa, where we enjoyed delicious vegetables, antipasta, wine and an incredibly rich dish of walnut ravioli. Ended the day in the town of Sorrento for more shopping (free samples at the Lemoncello shop - omg we brought home so many cute little bottles!) and delicious gelato at Raki, another recommendation of our thoughtful tour guides. A highlight of our time in Europe!

We were a group of 5. 3 adults and 2 teens. Originally we got their contact through our travel agent for the ride from Napels to Positano. Mariano and his son Rosario were professional from the get go. We liked them so much during the ride to our hotel that we booked them for a day tour around Amalfi Coast. 9 hours and we were not bored. Mariano is so knowledgeable. He explained so many things to us. You can tell he really enjoyed what he does. Rosario was also very knowledgeable and very friendly. I give these two 5 stars plus.

My family and I enjoyed an unforgettable day with Mariano and his son Rosario, enjoying the Amalfi Coast, one of the most beautiful areas we have ever seen. We had just a single day in the area, while our cruise stopped in Naples. Lifelong Amalfi natives, Mariano and Rosario know the area so well, and put together a fantastic day of events for us. They speak fluent English and were able to share a great deal of history with us of their beautiful homeland. We wanted to enjoy the scenic views as well as spend some time at the beach, so we travelled to Scala and stopped in Ravello to enjoy the breathtaking views as well as indulge in the best coffee on earth! We made our way down to the coastline and spent time snorkeling in the turquoise waters of Maiori. After enjoying the sun, we stopped at an amazing restaurant for some of the best Italian food I have ever had. Regrettably we had to head back to the cruise ship and could not enjoy the sunset, but we hope one day to return for an extended stay in this incredibly beautiful area. We are grateful to Mariano and Rosario for making this trip an unforgettable family experience!

Mariano and his son Rosario are first class guides. They showed our family of five, with 3 adult children 19-22, the beauty of Amalfi and some hidden gems of the Campania culture. We told Mariano our goals for the day trip and Mariano met and exceeded the goals. We tried local Parmesan and wine in a small mountain village, visited Ravello with its must-see villa views. We explored the mountain region of Tremonti, saw goats and sheep crossing the road. We discovered the Greek ruins of Paestum-amazing, and visited a buffalo farm and restaurant and sampled various cheeses and desserts from Buffalo milk. All the way, Mariano’s passion for his country and knowledge was evident as he shared stories and facts throughout the day. A+ day trip!!!!

We used Pleasant Travel on our recent trip to Rome and Sorrento. Mariano and Rosario were professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. We used them for two transfers and an all day Almalfi coast private tour (which they adjusted to meet our needs). The price was very reasonable compared to others. We would definately schedule with Mariano again if we return to this area.

Wonderful Chauffeurs in Italy (Luciano and Barbara Sicily based) arranged our transport and tours for us using this delightful company. We met Rosario at Naples airport and were immediately impressed by his perfect English language skills, cheerful and kind attitude. We had several bookings with Pleasant Travel and each and every time we were impressed with their punctuality, super clean modern vehicles and how they always maintained contact with us. Rosario is a mine of information, his recommendations for restaurants and what to see was always spot on that he became our "go to man"...any questions, any concerns..a quick whattsapp message and query resolved !
When we return to the amalfi coast, we look forward to arranging all tours and transport with PT and again to meet our new friend Rosario.

The guides are exceptionally knowledgeable about the culture and history of the Amalfi Coast. They introduced us to family run restaurants that served delicious local food. Mariano and Rosario treated us like friends rather than clients.

We used Mariano for three days to visit just about everything on the Amalfi coast. To say that he knows everything and everyone in this area would be an understatement. All the hidden gems made our visit even more spectacular. If you want to get a genuine feel for this area you cannot do better than Mariano!

I'm visiting Sorrento from 22 to 26 April and would like to visit Vesuvius, Pompeii, Capri, Anacapri, Positiano, and Naples.
Is it all possible to visit allthese places in 3-4 days? And maybe some more?

Pompeii and Vesuvius is a day.
Capri is a day.
Positano and Amalfi coast is a day.
Naples is a big city and not sure but you could spend days there.
I preferred all the rest and a day in each was pretty busy days.
