Aldo Limos made our trip to Sorrento go as smoothly as anyone could ask for. We had four drivers—Tony (Aldo’s brother), Tony, Antonio (yes, three Tonys), and Aldo himself—who took us from our base in Sorrento to Pompeii, Herculaneum (there and back), and Naples. All were great—prompt, courteous, full of local information and wisdom (“Happy wife, happy life” was one of the Tony’s mantras), and expert drivers as well. Despite the curvy roads and crazy traffic—in particular the mopeds weaving in and out like mosquitoes and frequently appearing out of nowhere—we never felt unsafe and were able to enjoy the views worry-free. Everybody really did their best to make our time enjoyable. On our ride back to Sorrento from Herculaneum, Aldo took us, completely unsolicited, to the Villa San Marco, a huge Roman villa we’d never heard of and would never have known about (much less been able to get to) if he hadn’t taken us. It was an amazing experience, the highlight of our trip to the region. And a special shout out to Christina, who was so helpful in making all the arrangements. When I suggested leaving four hours for touring Herculaneum and having lunch, she advised us to spend more time—which we did and ended up very grateful we had done so—and arranged for us to be picked up at the restaurant after we finished eating. We will definitely use Aldo Limos again the next time we tour the Amalfi region.

In September a group of us, 10 persons, traveled from the Tuscany area to Sorrento. We utilized Aldo for many trips and tours, to/from & around the Amalfi coast. Aldo's stellar & flexible customer service, complete range of vehicles and their different drivers made our vacation a fantastic & memorable one. Thanks so much to Christina, Aldo & the Aldo team!

We booked Aldo Limos for a transfer from Sorrento to Matera. I checked into a number of companies and Aldo Limos was the most responsive and the best price.
We booked the car several months before our trip and made a down payment. The day before our pickup I received a what’s app text from our driver, Antonio, confirming the trip. Antonio arrived early and loaded our luggage into his Mercedes SUV.
The SUV was clean and well cared for. Antonio was delightful. He knew exactly where he was going. He also knew how to avoid traffic. He was a careful driver and didn’t speed or take chances.
I would definitely book with Aldo Limos again.

Thank you to Aldo Limos for their car services during our recent visit to Sorrento that included a transfer from Naples airport to Sorrento in October. They are an excellent team and are very professional.
Many thanks to Aldo who made several excellent recommendations during our 6-day stay in Sorrento. His enthusiasm for the local culture and knowledge of all that can be found in the Campania Region is remarkable. One highlight of our stay was the phenomenal tour he gave us through the Amalfi Coast. This included a stop at an amazing Positano restaurant Fattoria La Tagliiata for lunch. Aldo is an extraordinary person with an incredible life story. His work ethic, positive outlook on life, as well as his engaging personality make him truly inspirational. Aldo Limos has our highest recommendation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Aldo/Chris and their team of drivers took excellent care of us while we were in Sorrento, providing transportation to/from Napoli Centrale and on a full day trip to the Amalfi Coast. All of the drivers speak English very well and are knowledgeable and happy to share their knowledge of the areas. We will definitely use Aldo Limos on our next trip to the area.

We used Aldo’s for airport transfers and tours of Amalfi coast, Vesuvius and Pompeii. So glad we did these private tours as service was exceptional. Alesssndro was always on time, safe driver, pleasant, knowledgeable, chatty and flexible.
Cars were new and were immaculate too.
The whole process of enquiring and booking was smooth and very easy.
Would highly recommend.

My husband and I booked a day-tour and a transfer to Napoli Centrale with Aldo Limos and had a great experience with both!
Tony was our driver for the day tour and expertly (and safely) navigated us along the Amalfi Coast roads for a few hours in Positano and Ravello. He had excellent reccommendations for dining and activities, as well as tons of knowledge about the Amafli Coast and Sorrento, where he is from. Our lunch plans for the day ended up being cancelled last minute, but Tony reccommend a great alternative that ended up being one of our favorite meals. We really enjoyed chatting with him throughout the day and had such a wonderful time.
Our transfer from Sorrento to Naples was also very smooth. They were willing to accomodate a last-minute timing change so we could enjoy more time in Sorrento. Christina was wonderful to communicate with leading up to our plans and I could not reccommend Aldo more for your tour and transfer needs!

I cannot speak more highly of Aldo Limos. We drove with them three times on our honeymoon: Rome to Sorrento. Sorrento to Praiano. Praiano to Naples Airport. Booking communication via email with Christina was easy and effortless. We loved our driver Antonio so mush we requested him for the other two rides. Antonio was friendly, gave great recommendations and was a joy to be in the car with. He always had ice cold waters for us when we got in the car and drove so smooth I fell asleep each time. Definitely book with Aldo Limos!

We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our transportation with Alessandro to the Amalfi Coast last Tuesday. He was informative and very helpful in securing lunch in Scala. Thank you also to Christina for her quick communications and recommendation about leaving early in the morning and just spending time in two towns. Ravello was by far our favorite place of our trip!

You can arrange it with Aldo Limos. They can accommodate any number of passengers. They have from sedans to vans. Tell them specifically what you want and they will let you know the cost.

Hi! I'm visiting Sorrento with my family (total 3 adults) from 22 to 26 April and would like to visit Vesuvius, Pompeii, Blue Grotto, Capri, Anacapri, Positiano, and Naples. Is it all possible to arrange transfers and visit all these places over 3-4 days? And maybe some more with your suggestions?

Yes - we had two taxi tours and did Pompeii,Herculaneum and Naples
Museum in one day then did another trip to the Amalfi coast another day. You don't need a taxi for Capri - we got a boat from Sorrento harbour to Capri /Anacapri and this included a tour of island as well up to the blue grotto - but you'd need to allow an extra few hours to actually go inside the grotto . you'd need to get a boat from
Capri and they queue up and you are taken inside in a little rowing boat- it gets so busy though. Both taxi tours with Aldo's were fantastic !

Cancellation Policy
All tours are closed 14 days prior to tour date
At this point if the tour is not full, we can regroup to see how many persons are booked and everyone will have the choice to cancel with full refund or continue the booking as a private tour
In the case of shore excursions, if the ship skips port we will of course refund your deposit. To protect each member of the group , anyone who cancels up to 7 days before the tour will forfeit deposit.
