Lovely selection of limoncellos. All sorts of candies with that flavor too. Olive oils and vinagers selection too. Perfect place to find a present for someone.

We were on an excursion to Sorrento, Salerno and Amalfi with friends. We stopped in Sorrento on Via San Cesareo to do some of our gift shopping and found the lovely Limonoro which makes its Limoncello on site. The was a worker peeling the rind off the lemons. They gave samples of their limoncello to everyone and on that very hot, humid day, it was refreshing. We purchased several bottles of Limoncello for gifts that were individually wrapped with cellophane and a ribbon. We were not going home for another 8 days so it was important that the bottles were sealed well and they were. We also bought a couple of Limoncello shot glasses and a colorful cork with porcelain top for our son and daughter-in-law. The owners were helpful and pleasant and the Limoncello was eccelente! Grazie Mille to the owners of Limonoro!

So many places to taste and but so many different flavours of Limencello. All claim to be the best. The service and tasting her was great. Bought some nice bottles at reasonable (if tourist) prices

Best Lemonchello and authentic shop, so helpful love the lemon cream too, bringing lots home.
Reasonable priced, you can sample too and staff are just so lovely.

Based upon the recommendation by the tourist/information office in Sorrento, we went to Limonoro.
This was a good tip and we fortunately got there a bit early as later on in the day the place was packed with tourists.
The employees at Limonoro were friendly and helpful and not the least bit pushy. All the samples we tried were delicious and our most challenging task was deciding what to buy/take back to the US based upon how much room we had in our suitcases.
I took it as a good sign when locals from Sorrento and Italy remark that advise purchases from Limonoro are definitely worthwhile.
Upon returning to the states, we can happily report the items we purchased at Limonoro tasted as good in the states as they did in Sorrento.
If you are in the market for trying and/or purchasing high quality limencello oriented items, I would recommend giving Limonoro a try.

Everything beautiful, colourful, good. Best quality. The limoncello cream is delicious. I bought everything and ate everything. They offered us biscuits, creams, honey, jams. Truly a perfect service. Excellent sales technique. Once you taste it you can't help but buy. Well done

Shop with typical Sorrento products, especially limoncello, but also chocolates and the one that I had never tried made of melon, I think it was called meloncelo, which was exquisite, recommended

Worth a visit just to sample all their delicious items. The pistachio paste was really good. The lemon and orange covered in chocolate were also delectable

Hi Stacy. land vacation. While in amalfi we visited a limoncello factory. We purchased a bottle of Limoncello and packed it in our checked luggage. Sadly it broke. This year we are doing a cruise to Italy flying into Barcelona for 3 days then doing a 7 day cruise on Symphony of the seas. We'll be able to get back to Naples on day 6 I believe. We want to try and ship some bottles home this time. Can anyone provide info on what we need to do to get this done.

I haven't tried ordering online myself, but it seems that you need to go to the Nino & Friends website and click on the Shop tab(we're non permitted to include hyperlinks here).
If you do order, you really should try the Limone cookies - truly the best cookies we've ever tasted ... and their Dragees are to die for too!! I hope this helps.

I ordered 2 separate times while visiting, and once by email..(I found their Facebook page, and messaged their first, then finished the transaction by email). Very efficient and we had our order within 10 days. Facebook page is Limonoro Sorrento.
