What a fantastic experience! Marco was amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly. He also made a lot of effort to cater to me as a vegetarian. Even though the pasta i made was crap I had such a good time and l cannot recommend this class enough, Grazie Marco, the best oranges ever !

Excelente experiencia con Marco, toma su tiempo, pero vale completamente la pena, lo hice sola y el grupo fue muy agradable y simpático. Es algo que tienes que si o si hacer si vienes a Roma. Buenas conversaciones y muchas risas.

We had the pleasure of cooking with Marco today. It was a perfect Saturday full of great company, great wine, great teaching and amazing food. Marco is truly not only an excellent chef but also an amazing guy. My partner and I would recommend this activity 100% to everyone being in Rome. Worth every penny - and more.

Rome should be proud of its son, Marco. He is a chef/guide extraordinairre. His instruction will help you become proficient in pasta preparation in short order. High on edutainment and delicious, this class is one of the best values in Rome. It features great trip to the marrket as well as a walk-though on sauce prep and the class has Marco. Do not hesitate in selectiong this class.

Marco is an amazing teacher, super friendly and very easy to get on with.
The food we made tasted amazing! If you’re in Rome you absolutely have to book this experience! 10/10!!!!

Great cooking class that starts by going to the local market ! We learned how to confectionate our own pasta in different style and had the chance to eat it with great sauces!
Shout out to Marco who is a really funny and knowleadgeable cooking teacher who will not only learn you the secrets of good pasta, but also teach you many italians anecdotes!

We booked the cooking class and were not sure what to expect as we had little information about it at first. We were quickly greeted by the friendly chef Marco which immediately made us feel extremely welcome. He took us to the local market where we got the best ingredients to cook our fresh pasta along with a nice wine to pair the dish. We also learned a lot about Rome and Italy as Marco is a local that knows all about it which made the experience even better. The pasta we made was fantastic and the overall experience will definitely be something to remember! Recommend everyone to do this as it was a great experience!

My family and I had a fantastic morning/ afternoon with Marco / learning about pasta & making some amazing dishes! Was a thoroughly entertaining four hours and most definitely one of our ROME highlights - so we would definitely recommend to all types of groups - large or small- family and even solo travellers! Very sociable/ fun/ interactive experience!

Marco is one of the nicest, funniest, and warmest people I’ve met while travelling. The class was amazing: right from the market to sharing wine at the end, I was totally engaged. I was genuinely disappointed when it ended. Also the BEST pasta of my life! I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone! You won’t regret it!

Even if you have just one day in Roma, forget about the Colosseum, the Trevi fountain or the Vatican and just go straight to Marco’s cooking class to have a taste of Roma :
- while going to the market to pick the ingredients, Marco will give you some fun facts about his life in Roma, cultural anecdotes and how to drink at a fountain like a proper Italian
- at the market he will explain you the different ingredients and give you a cheese class before showing you his favorite coffee bar
- during the cooking class you will learn how to do different kinds of pasta and sauces while drinking wine wonderfly picked by Marco
- you will then taste probably one of the best pastas of your life (that you made!!!) with other nice travelers (a lot of them are coming from the yellow hostel in front which is also really great)
- you will then have a lot of struggle to leave this place because of all the wine and pasta you drunk and ate but mostly because of how charming Marco is ;)
