我没看到火车站的咨询台，偌大一个火车站居然只有一个洗手间，洗手间位于1楼，规定晚上十点就会关闭，但我晚上9点半的时候来这发现已经关了。清洁洗手间的人员非常粗鲁，虽然没到关闭时间，也不允许我进去。这里没有咨询台和标志，所以我问保安这里是否还有其他洗手间，但保安也很粗鲁，和我说话时眼睛也不看我，但和我说话却使用听不懂的语言，而之前我明明听到他和其他游客交流就说了英语，虽然水平一般。我在这的体验很糟糕。

我在这里用美金换欧元，我换了210欧，花了将近310美金（还不包含transition fee）
去的时候 柜台营业员直接给了我张单子让我填写姓名时间地址 其它什么也没告知
还有很多费用根本不明所以 wtf

注意你的包、钱包、孩子、私人物品等。我们住在罗马，而这个车站因盗窃而臭名昭著。我们不是受害者，但目睹了这个地方非常不安全的一面。一旦你通过了检票机，你就没事了…但火车站本身是非常混乱的，像西部荒野一般。

此行欧洲之旅，在城市之间的转移，都是借助火车的。罗马的火车站与意大利其他各城市的火车站一样，敞门出入，既不需要检票，也没有安检。自己掌握好时间，根据信息大屏上显示的车次内容（地点、时间和站台），自行到指定的站台登车即可。什么车次停靠什么站台，不是固定的，会时不时发生变化，旅客自行关注车站内巨大的信息屏内容即可。

Hello. maybe you can help me and tell me where to ask about my luggage that i forgot on the train from Roma Termini to Albano laziale ( we stopped at Capannelle going to Ciampino cause we had a flight). We reported it immediately on the phone but we need to search more please. We dont have any news

My friend's adult son with Asperger syndrome/autism might need help getting to his train to Florence from Termini station. Is there assistance available to escort him to the correct location? Is this a part of customer service or is this something to hire privately?

There is a service that may be able to help. It is called Sala Blu, and they help people with disabilities or travel issues, or have connection concerns. I believe it is offered by trenitalia. If you go to the Sala Blu web page, they have a number to call, or an email to reach out to them.

Fra qualche giorno devo andare a Firenze in treno ho 14 minuti fra un treno e l' altro, il mio parte dal binario 3,e quello che arriva termini arriva al binario 18..., essendo stato poche volte alla stazione termini,esiste qualche sottopassaggio che dal 18 porta al 3 visto che il 18 sta 500 m in fondo rispetto alla banchina ?

I am going to be traveling to Rome in Sept and one of the days I am there I'll be getting back from Florence around 10:30pm. The Metro will not be running due to track replacements and so I was going to call and uber back to my hotel and I am trying to figure out if there is a designated uber pickup spot? ATAC, the company who runs the metro said they'll have additonal buses to cover the A line, but I'd rather just take an uber. Thanks!

I stayed at a hotel across the street from Termini, and Uber picked up there just fine. There is a massive Circular driveway and parking lot in front of Termini, which always had taxis.

I think it`s a problem because neither Leonardo express nor buses (Terravision, TAM, Sciaffini) run from Fiumicino at night. Just a taxi or sleeping in the airport. First train at 06.23., first buses; Sciaffini 06.15, TAM 05.40.

I need to travel from Naples to Rome. Originally looking into a flight leaving Naples at 11:25. Than taking a plane from Rome to JFK at 2:40. However many advised me to take the high speed train. Time wise not much difference. There is a direct train into the main station or a train with a connection to the airport. About $45 difference. My main concern is extra running around. There are more times available on the train. Any thoughts?
