Bagno con doccia rotta, non so con che coraggio si possa vendere la stanza a €270 senza colazione e pure, con puzza di chiuso. l’unica cosa positiva è la posizione …assolutamente non vale il prezzo spropositato.sembra un due stelle scarso.

We chose to spend my friend's bachelorette party at this spa. We had a great time, the Spa is for exclusive use as well as the changing room and services. Everything was perfect organization and impeccable reception, we spent very pleasant hours in an intimate, clean and cared for.

We went to the spa moon. It was very large and cozy, facilities like steam room and sauna are very well equipped. We had a wonderful evening and very relaxing Recommendation strongly to try it.

I went to the spa to celebrate a friend’s birthday and we had a great time. It is all wonderful, the care they have for the customer, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.
The spa is spotless as are the changing rooms.
The place is perfect for any occasion, highly recommended!

What about...... maybe there are not enough words to describe this experience!!
I organized the evening for my son's birthday with some friends and everything was perfect. Starting from telephone communication with Mrs. Lorena (director of the SPA) who was immediately super helpful, and then when I went on site to define everything was even more professional, making me visit the wonderful SPA center and also the rooftop of the hotel and then organize ol TOP! Final??
Unforgettable birthday for my son and so....... THANK YOU LORENA🙏🫶

Unfortunately for around 200 euros we were given glasses that had lipstick stains all over them which showed that they hadn’t really cleaned the place since the last person used it. For such a high price we were shocked how unapologetic the reception were about it. A refund or a discount would have been nice seeing as it’s a 4 star hotel.

We booked the Moon spa experience for my sister’s bachelorette party. She was very happy, a unique and relaxing experience. The staff very helpful, ready to meet any need. The spa complete with Turkish bath, sauna, whirlpool and aromatherapy truly spectacular. You even have the option to choose the color of the lights in the room and the music to listen to. We were served a wonderful aperitif and lots of cold drinks. We then continued on the terrace with an excellent aperitif. Consiglio vivamente!!

La ringraziamo per averci contattati e ci auguriamo di accoglierla presto presso di noi.
Le acque di tutte le nostre piscine vengono sanificate e trattate con soluzione clorata automatica ma non possono essere svuotate in quanto hanno un'ampiezza che richiederebbe circa 6/8 ore per riempirle. Per quanto riguarda gli ambienti invece, a ogni ingresso/uscita clienti, abbiamo sempre 30' di sanificazione con prodotti a presidio medico chirurgico e nebulizzatore con perossido di idrogeno.

C'è una fascia di età per la spa o piscine? Ragazze di 13 anni cosa possono fare? È possibile portare anche una bambina di 10 anni?

La spa e l’annessa piscina non credo che siano indicate né per l’una né per l’altra,purtroppo non so dirle se possano esserci delle attività alternative in quanto ,essendo tutte persone adulte,non ho avuto esigenze nel constatarlo.Sono spiacente di non poterle fornirle maggiori informazioni.
