One Day Chef with Matteo was the best! We were a family of 5 and each had our own station. We received a warm welcome with hot focaccia (one of his specialties) and choice of beverage.
We started by making tiramisu as it had to set, then 2 types of pasta-linguine and a ricotta, lemon, and nutmeg ravioli. We then moved to making a fresh cherry tomato sauce for the ravioli and a ciacio de Pepe sauce for the linguine. Matteo was so knowledgeable and patient with us. His facility was clean and all ingredients fresh.
This was my third cooking class in Italy thru the years and was the best!
We were able to eat all our specialties and converse with Matteo.
It will remain a wonderful memory for us all.
