What fun standing around a table, flour on our hands, watching two grandsons, our daughter and son-in-law cooking up a storm from scratch. Our instructor Gianni was informative and helpful while maintaining a sense of humor and a smile on his face as we prepared and cooked several traditional Italian dishes. I am a "stranger" to cooking, but I learned a lot about the process. At the end we all enjoyed the result of our efforts with a fine meal and - of course- excellent wine!!
