Visiting Milan with segways is the coolest way to have a full perspective of the city! In just 2.5 hours you can cover so much ground and our guides are looking forward to have you on tour.

Fun and informative afternoon with Valentia . Segways are a speedy way to experience a lot of the city and its major landmarks. Valentina was extremely knowledgeable of the area and its history. A great way to spend the afternoon and some good restaurant recommendations stations from Valentina as well . Thank you it was great and would highly recommend

Guilia and Antonio were friendly and knowledgeable. Guilia shared lots of stories about the food, Milan and Italy. She made sure everyone was included in conversations. The tour was an excellent pace and Guilia and Antonio made sure we had enough water to drink in the heat.
The food was incredible - especially the Parma prosciutto and the gelato. We like how all the shops included in the tour had lots of local history.

We loved our Brera district walking tour! The tour started out with some pizza and each subsequent stop was another course in a Milano meal. The food was excellent. The places we visited were all great and gave us an opportunity to visit the beautiful Brera district, far from the touristy cites. Our guide was lovely. She gave us not only a description of a Milano meal, and history of Milan in general, but also answered questions about seasonal foods in Milan and how she cooks with them. It was an informative and fun tour. I highly recommend!

Ww did a private tour for 2. Awesome!! Segway were very easy to get around on (without any experience). This is a great way to see alot of major sites in a short period of time while zooming along on the Segways. Our tour guide was the best. He gave us a lot of interesting facts while keeping the conversation lively. Definitely highly recommended!

We took this tour with our family of 4 (including 2 sons, ages 22 and 24). Our tour guide was Antonio. All of us really enjoyed this tour and felt that Antonio was a fantastic guide. He made sure everyone in our group of 8 could safely operate the Segway, then we took off. The route was perfect...we saw a castle, the Duomo, the Teatro al Scalia, went through the Brera neighborhood, saw shopping areas, etc. We stopped at major sites and listened to Antonio's explanations of them through the earpiece listening systems. Despite there being plenty of people around these areas, crowds were never an issue with us navigating on the Segways. Antonio always made sure everyone made it safely across all intersections. Finally, having been on several Segway tours, I felt that these machines in particular were maintained very well and were very smooth and easy to operate. This was a wonderful tour, and I would highly recommend it.

I can’t review the tour itself, as we never actually made it there. As far as I know, our tour guide waited for us to arrive late which was very kind of them. I’m sure it was a great tour, we didn’t get to experience it, so I can’t comment on how the tour itself went. But it looked nice. We had an emergency that morning and wasn’t able to attend, my phone broke and we didn’t even have a working phone to contact the tour group. I requested a refund after explaining my situation, immediately denied from some random customer service member who responded to my request within 3 minutes, and could care less about my situation. Which is disappointing, because I’ve traveled with TripAdvisor and Viator many of times through the years with no issues. I’m in a country I don’t know, with a phone that doesn’t work, scrambling around to ASK someone where I can fix my phone on a Sunday with a lot of places closed. (couldn’t look anything up it was broken) before I left for my next destination the following morning. The last thing I was worried about was a Segway tour. Considering traveling is so expensive in general, it would have been to be approved for a refund during this emergency of mine and I would have continued to use trip advisor for bookings in the future. Not anymore! I hope Kristie from customer service breaks her phone on vacation too 😊

Hi Aubre, I'm sorry that your phone broke and it led to multiple frustrations and disappointments.
Our refund policy is 24 hours, which we believe is incredibly flexible.
I'm also sorry that you had a bad experience with the Viator customer service. We are Fat Tire Tours and it was our guide who waited for you, delaying the group but explaining that we always wait and try to do everything we can to help our delayed guests make it to the tour that they have booked. Hopefully we can see you on a tour in the future!

Hola, si queréis hacer un tour en español, nosotros podemos organizarlo en forma privada y si los niños respectan los requisitos de peso y altura, no hay algún problema para montar el Segway.
Por favor háganos saber por email dónde y cuando está iteresado en hacer el tour para que podamos controlar la disponibilidad.

Yes, we can arrange a Milan segway tour for your family of 10 people. we have available the 2-hour tour at 50€ per person and the 3-hour tour at the special price of 60€. The tour start at 9.30am and 2.30pm every day. If you have children with you they must be over 12 years old, heavier than 45kg and taller than 1.45cm. if you have other questions please contact us again.

Hi, my youngest will be 12. We have a segway at home that has no handles - she is very coordinated. I know that she will be able to control it and ride it properly. However I do not want to book for the 4 of us if she is not allowed to ride. Please let me know. Thanks, Louise

Hi, even though the Segway is very easy to drive riders must have the ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance. The Segway also is not appropriate for those weighing under 90 pounds (40 kilos) or over 265 pounds (120 kilos). December is one of the chillier months in Italy, the average temperature in Rome is 50°F but during the night it is 40°F. Days are at their shortest, so don't expect the sun to shine high long after 4 in the afternoon.
