The castle was interesting and enjoyable, despite the heat. But I had to exchange a voucher I received from Viator for an actual ticket, and the information about where to do that provided only an address, with the storefront not on the street where you would expect it. Both Google and Apple Maps sent me halfway around the other side of the castle to the wrong location. By the time I found the place after running around in 95 degree heat, I was late, exhausted and drenched in sweat. That certainly put a damper on the entire experience. I don’t understand why it’s not possible to get electronic entrance tickets.

I passed here yesterday morning, during a long tour in Corso Magenta and surroundings. Since visits to the so-called Leonardo vineyard are temporarily suspended I took the opportunity to admire once again the ancient Casa degli Atellani, where Leonardo himself lived while he was making the Last Supper. The vine, as known, was Malvasia di Candia, recovered a few years ago and planted in the plot that belonged to the great genius of Vinci.
This house appears very beautiful and suggestive, although the result of a very personal reinterpretation of the famous architect Piero Portaluppi, son-in-law of the owner Ettore Conti, completed in two different periods: from 1919, when his father-in-law owned it, and during the post-World War II period until the early 1950s.
At the moment I understand that the house is also not open to visitors.

We went to Sforza Castle in May and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The Sala delle Asse is a must see, that was our favourite room. It's a huge venue but the app made it easier to find different exhibits.

Paid mainly for the tour since entry fee was cheap. The downloaded tour didn't provide a lot of information. Would've been better with more context. However, a lot of the exhibits had English subtitles which saved us.

Stumble into it. Found it very interesting and a beautiful place. The vines are beautifully kept, the place is oozing history.

Exploring Sforza Castle virtually was like time traveling to Renaissance Milan. Built in the 15th century, the castle was the main residence in the city of its Visconti lords, that’s why it’s so important, the castle was not just a fortress but it’s also had a lot of diverse art and culture in every corner.
I didn’t really know much about this place but by the end of the tour I loved many things about this place. The virtual tour showcased amazing art, like paintings and sculptures. It felt like walking through history, imagining the gatherings and debates that once filled its halls.
In conclusion, the virtual tour of the Sforza Castle was an amazing experience and journey into the past, offering a look into Renaissance Italy's spirit and artistic legacy.

I've been through here several times lately, alone and with my wife. In particular in recent days, after visiting the basilica of Santa Maria delle Grazie, I stopped to observe the Renaissance Casa degli Atellani, inside which the so-called Leonardo's Vineyard was partially "restored" a few years ago, a gift that the genius Vinciano received from Ludovico il Moro in 1498 and which he himself planted with the aromatic Malvasia di Candia vine.
It should be noted that, following the change of ownership to a famous fashion and luxury multinational, the Casa degli Atellani and the adjoining vineyard are currently closed to the public.

Apparently they were preparing the vineyard for an event. The gentleman who was supervising it was nasty. He told us we had to get off the lawn in a very antagonistic way. Would never recommend this to anyone

DO NOT BUY THIS TOUR IT IS A SCAM!!! The venue is free to enter you do not need to buy tickets. This your should be removed with immediate effect. I was told on WhatsApp chat that I would have a refund now I am being told on email there will not be a refund.

We had heard about this place and therefore, intrigued, we booked and visited it. It's not a big tour and so in 40 minutes it was seen accompanied by a good guide.
He told us that there is (now we can say there was) a project to produce the ancient wine. There was, because in recent days they have published that this place will be permanently closed.
Too bad, another page of this beautiful city deleted. Let's hope there isn't a McDonald's or designer clothing exhibition. Milan, where are you?

L’architetto Piero Portaluppi, su incarico dell’allora proprietario della casa (Ettore Conti) , mise mano (riprogettò) il giardino secondo nuove regole prospettiche (attorno agli anni 20 del 1900) ornandolo di statue ed anfore in pietra presumo per mera funzione ornamentale ; non credo avessero significati particolari .
