Non-committal walk with noise Dell water descending to the valley, the pond is very small but is shaped like a nice green heart, arrived at the end of the climb a great view of the open valley

We took a tour of Courmayeur which is very pretty, then we went up towards Val Veny with the car that we parked along the road, and unfortunately there is a fee.
After 2 hours of walking on an asphalt road we arrived at the Cabane du Combal refuge where we ate, then we went up to the Miage lake, small but nice. The view of Mont Blanc so close was spectacular.

Courmayer is an excellent way to see Mont Blanc up close, we came from Chamonix, we were unable to go up there, as the cable car was undergoing maintenance. This Italian City is very charming, small and maintains typical Alpine architecture, the opposite of French Chamonix. The food is the irresistible flavor of Italy and with much lower prices than in France. It's really worth coming! I fell in love!!!!!

After many years of coming to one of the most beautiful valleys in the Aosta Valley, the surprise of the paid parking left a bit of a bad taste in our mouths... Let's hope that the region can change its mind for the next few years..

Once we arrive in La Visaille, we leave the car on the side of the road and pay for parking... from 9am to 4pm €20!!!! Then we set off along what we expected to be a dirt path, although suitable for carriages... instead we find ourselves on an asphalt road that can only be traveled on foot, without a shuttle service to Lake Combal, the point where the asphalt ends: 1h10 ' walking outward and equally back. With what the parking cost I expected a much more pristine environment or alternatively a shuttle service like in many other places in the Alps.

it is beautiful to walk through Val Veny. the "main" route follows the river and is essentially flat for a long stretch, therefore also suitable for children. The view of Mont Blanc is spectacular, the sound of the water is relaxing, and there is no excessive crowding. There are parking spaces (even if they seemed to me to be fewer than in Val Ferret) and you can pay easily with easypark.

Abbiamo visitato questa valle in particolare per vedere il lago di miage a forma di cuore.
Il percorso per arrivare è per la maggior parte tutto asfaltato ed in salita. È quasi tutto all'ombra e ventilato.
Appena si arriva c'è un rifugio per poter fare sosta e poi si cammina per altri 15 minuti circa tra le rocce x arrivare al lago. Bel lago e circondato tra vegetazione e rocce.
Passeggiata un po' faticosa però ne vale la pena.
Nel rifugio si mangia prodotti tipici valdostani e bene. Noi abbiamo mangiato la polenta valdostana e salsiccette con il pomodoro.

Un posto incontaminato ai pedi del Monte Bianco,
Il ghiacciaio si tocca con un dito ed il panorama mozzafiato fiato.
I miei amici appassionati di natura sono stati piacevolmente colpito anche dagli animali, stambecchi, camosci e volpi avvistare a occhio nudo.

Ciao a tutti,
volevo sapere se sia fattibile fare del trekking tra i sentieri della Val Veny nel ponte del 25 aprile
Sono inesperta sia di trekking che della zona, non saprei cosa ci possa aspettare in quel periodo
Quello che avevo in mente è una piacevole camminata tra il verde, vorrei capire se effettivamente il periodo non è ideale

Per il 25 aprile se la fine dell’inverno e l’inizio della primavera sono ricchi di precipitazioni si potrebbe trovare ancora molta neve, soprattutto nella parte alta della valle, e il verde inizierebbe appena a spuntare... comunque lo spettacolo dei contrasti tra le ultime nevi dell’inverno e il primo verde primaverile sarebbe appagante... tenga comunque conto che per quel periodo la neve potrebbe essere ancora molto presente...

Ho letto che la balconata del monte bianco che parte da la Visaille è fattibile anche da chi non è camminatore esperto ne troppo allenato. Mi potete confermare che è così. In quanto tempo circa si raggiungono i primi laghetti? Grazie mille. Annalisa

per prudenza io gli scarponi li porterei... in vall cè sempre l'obbligo delle catene da neve a bordo da SETTEMBRE fine maggio...... QUINDI SI PUO INCAPPARE IN NEVICATE IMPROVVISE SENZA PROBLEMA... mai sottovalutare la montagna

le scarpe da trekking sono sempre consigliate. per quello che riguarda le scarpe da neve... dipende dalla presenza di neve in quel periodo. dato che quest'anno il clima é stato decisamente imprevedibile, ti consiglio di rimandare la scelta al momento della partenza.
