Tuscany Car Tour Offers Great Service

Our group of 4 (2 couples) booked a full day tour from Florence to the Tuscan countryside including stops at San Gimignano & Siena. We contacted Tuscany Car Tours after looking at Trip Advisor reviews & their website. Filippo was very prompt & suggested which trips would meet our interests.

All communications were prompt & clear. Our driver, Eduardo, picked us up at our VRBO - so convenient! The car was very clean & comfortable, and the ride itself was great - despite the infamous Italian roads & traffic, we felt perfectly safe & secure at all times.

I cannot say enough good things about Eduardo! One of our group is a photographer and Eduardo went out of his way to try to find the most picturesque spots for us on the trip. He patiently answered our many questions and made sure we knew what we should seek out (the Campo in Siena! Dondali gelato in San Gim!). Eduardo was so personable & informative; we hope Filippo knows what a star he has working on his team!

None of us had ever booked a private tour before, but you can be sure we will again! The price was very reasonable for the excellent service & experience- we can highly recommend Tuscany Car Tours for your trip to Italy.

Amazing Day Trip Thanks to Tuscany Car Tours

We used Tuscany Car Tours for an amazing day trip from Florence to spend time in the Tuscan countryside, including a stop in Siena, a vineyard and an adorable small town. Fillipo was very responsive in answering all our questions and set up a lunch and wine tasting at the vineyard for us, which was delicious and beautiful. The car was roomy, clean and comfortable. and our driver was excellent and very knowledgeable about all of the areas we visited. His stories and insight added to our experience. This was a great way to explore the countryside without having to rent a car ourselves and was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We would highly recommend this company!

Amazing!

We had the most amazing drivers for the 2 weeks we were in Italy. From the private transfers to Lucca & Cinque Terre, Orvieto , and our final trip down to Rome through wine country. Filippo and his team did and amazing job. Starting from the day i connected Filippo - it was a great experience. We will use them 100% of the time when in Italy.

Our drivers were so friendly and knowledgeable and easily accommodated our large group that included a baby. We would highly recommend!!

Transfer from Rome to Siena

We booked a transfer from Rome to Siena which included a stop for lunch in Ovieto. Our driver was Tomias (Thomas). He was a great driver and full of information regarding the area. He was very friendly and personable. He pointed out different areas as he drove and answered all our questions. Highly recommend the service.

Excellent trip to Maranello

We had a very positive experience with our car service for the day to Maranello a few weeks ago. Our driver, Andrea was prompt, polite, funny, and informative. He even found a place that we could have a safe gluten free meal for lunch.

Excellent employees and company.

Ten Out Of Ten

We did two full day tours and two transfers. Service was incredible! From the start, Filippo helped us pick and set up different types of tastings at wineries. We only had one picked out a few days before, and Filippo set us up with 3 more incredible wineries as well as some towns to stop in along the way. Our main driver was Tomas and he was the best! He took us on little stops for pictures and to pick wild blackberries along the way. He was our very own tour guide with endless knowledge on the areas. We would love to go back to Tuscany and would absolutely use Filippo again!!

Look no further.. Extraordinary Day in Italy!

The most amazing day trip to Cinque Terre from Florence. Look no further- use Tuscany Car Tours! 10 stars! We were a group of 8 ladies and were so fortunate that our driver was Tommaso. Tommaso went above and beyond to make the day one to remember. From his knowledgeable and interesting commentary about Florence and the regions, to guiding us to the best way to see this beautiful Ligurian region in one day ... taking us to 'secret places' we would not have found on our own... and reservations at the most stunning table in Vernazza. Tommaso is an exceptional guide. Ask for Tommaso- you will have the best day of your Italian trip!

My friends and I needed transportation from the airport to the villa we rented in Florence, and Filippo Fattori’s Tuscany Car Tours company was recommended to us by our Airbnb host. I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude to Filippo and his team for the outstanding service provided to us during our stay in Florence. Fillippo’s prompt replies to our inquiries, attention to details, patience in answering every single question and courtesy were outstanding! The airport transfers were smooth and comfortable and the drivers extremely courteous and helpful.
We also booked a 6 hour trip to Siena. Our driver, Tommaso, was very
friendly and knowledgeable. During the drive to Siena, he shared with us interesting history of the region. His sense of humor and warm personality made this trip even more special. Thank you Tommaso for the unforgettable trip. And thank you Filippo and Tuscany Car Tours for making our stay in Florence unforgettable!

Unforgettable Chianti day trip!

Tommaso was THE most incredible driver/guide for our day in Chianti. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall. The selection of one more modern, quiet winery as well as a more intimate, lively family-run winery was the perfect mix. I’ll be dreaming of the home cooked lunch (especially the truffle ravioli) that was served to us straight from the pan for years to come. Just the loveliest family and Allie was the best at explaining the wines, process and pairings. Outside the winderies, Tommaso made stops in a church at a monastery, another small town, and even picked fresh fruit on the roadside together. We unanimously decided this was our favorite day of our entire trip, and is the best trip I’ve personally had in Tuscany. Absolutely didn’t want to leave! So glad I found this company and will recommend to all my friends and family- and of course will hope to use again myself one day. Thank you for everything! (And can’t wait for our wine shipment to arrive- cheers!)
