We purchased two black jackets, one for our daughter and one for her spouse. The quality is excellent, and Amy was so helpful. Unfortunately the men's jacket was too small so I am in the process of trying to contact Amy to exchange it for a larger size. I hope to hear from her soon.

After looking around in leather shops all around Florence, Siena and Pisa, we found something special in this shop. They had designs no other shop had, and the staff was friendly, not harassing you to buy. And they did not do this stupid things when they burn the leather and so on. The jackets also felt more custom-made than other jackets in other shops, because the jacket was following your body contour. They had many great jackets, but we found one each that was a perfect match.

Stefano and Mario were professional, friendly and measured me for a coat. It arrived in New York, six weeks later, as promised!

We had the opportunity to meet Stefano the owner and loved the attention to detail of the products and the entire experience. During our visit we wanted to check out another store down the way as we saw a jacket there previously. Stefano was extremely gracious and even encouraged us to go and come back.
At the end we had a better feeling for this store and got a fantastic deal!
I'd highly recommend this store.

My wife and I were staying at the Hotel Bernini Palace nearby and walked several times down the street in front of the store. One time we stopped in the restaurant next door and while I had excused myself to the bathroom, I came out to find my wife conversing with a super friendly gentleman named Stefano, who ran the leather good shop next door (Aldo). We talked and he invited us to come by later which we did. Again, he was extremely friendly and invited us to dinner the next night. We had an absolutely fantastic time with him. Most importantly, at this point we had not bought a single thing from him, and while he certainly had showed us a few things, we never felt any high-pressure salesmanship whatsoever.
We ended up going by again the next day after dinner and bought my wife a fantastic leather coat and me a great leather messenger bag for my work. There was definitely some price negotiation and agreeing to pay in euros rather than on my charge card definitely helped bring the prices down. All in all, I think we got an excellent deal for the quality of the goods we received. More over, we made a dear friend who we will definitely go see again next time we are in Florence.
Finally, I couldn't help but note the only other review of the store on Trip Advisor was extremely negative. I can't speak to their experience obviously, but can express that their description was completely opposite of what we experienced.

Nous sommes entrés dans ce magasin pour trouver une veste. Nous avons seulement regardé sans toucher. Le personnel est devenu très vite agressif. Ils voulaient absolument que nous regardions des vestes qui ne nous plaisaient pas. Nous avons préféré sortir de la boutique. Nous avons entendu des insultes fuser. Nous avons continué notre chemin quand un des vendeurs nous a rejoint. Il a hurlé et a frappé mon mari au visage à deux reprises. La rue était bondée et personne n'est intervenu. Seule une française a ramassé ses lunettes pour les lui donner.
Alors surtout ne rentrez pas !
