Andreas helped me check off a bucket list item in grand style. My father grew up in a small town north of Lucca called Tereglio. He left as a teenager just before the end of WW2 and never returned. He told me countless stories of his hometown and I vowed a long time ago to go visit my family’s roots. I contacted Andreas for his help and he arranged everything from picking us up in Florence and doing some sightseeing along the way. When we arrived in Tereglio he facilitated making connections with the townsfolk and actually found a few people who knew my family, including a man who played with my dad as young boys. The experience was priceless. I thank Andreas and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a one of a kind travel experience. Grazie mille Andreas!

We were lucky to have Andreas take us around for three days in Tuscany. He is an amazing guide, passionate about showing us his wonderful country and has a tremendous amount of knowledge about Tuscany and Italy in general. He was fantastic with our children, looked after us is every way imaginable and is a very safe driver. Incredibly professional. If you are looking for someone to drive you to the places overrun by tourists, you can find someone else to do that. But if you want to see authentic Tuscany, he is perfect. He was recommended by friends, and even though we had high expectations, he exceeded them. We highly recommend him.

We have been on tours with Andreas before and each time we visit Tuscany area we all want to book again with Andreas as his knowledge of any area we visit , his knowledge is unbelievable . He makes the history fun and entertaining. He knows the perfect places to take us.
Nothing is a problem for him.

Andreas gave us the opportunity to get a flavor of Tuscany in a day. He showed us beautiful sights and took us to try wine in small hidden locations. We are so happy with the service and will come back to see more soon again!

I’ve waited my entire life to get to Tuscany and with the guidance of Andreas, my dream vacation became a reality! I cannot begin to express how much we enjoyed our time touring The Tuscan region. From quaint winery tours to an intimate lunch in the Tuscan hills, my dream was finally fulfilled, Do not hesitate to utilize Andreas for your trip. I assure you, he will not disappoint. Andreas gave us a two-day private tour of Tuscany and it was amazing. You can tell he truly loves what he does and it shows. He always had a huge smile on his face, had connections with locals everywhere we went and had the best recommendations. I would recommend Andreas to ANYBODY wanting a stress-free vacation. I have traveled a lot of Europe and whenever in Italy I have always called Andreas for years I traveled with my Mom who now has passed away, this years I traveled with my 4 best friends who had not been to Italy we called Andreas the day before we wanted to use him and fortunately he was available so we booked him for two day, in all of Italy I do not believe there is a better tour guide and driver we had such a wonderful time with him, in my opinion he is the best in the world !

I recently returned from a wonderful trip (from the US) to Lucca, where I met up with my family, in Florence. Andreas was assigned to us by Gettransfer.com to transfer us from Florence airport to Lucca. An anxious traveller, I arrived in Florence early, and had a long wait for my family, (who were arriving from Austria). Their plane was delayed and I became nervous in case we missed our ride, so I emailed Andreas to let him know. He responded immediately and assured me he was already aware and waiting. Although my party had not pre planned any further tours, we reached out to Andreas again,to see if he was available to take us to Pitigliano, which would have been very difficult to reach on our own. He was very accommodating and helpful, and as a result, we had an incredible day.
We found Andreas to be very professional, exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely flexible. He gave us many tips and suggestions to enhance our experience, guided us in the right direction, and accommodated our schedules, both on that day, when we needed help,and also when we needed to return to Florence, for our last night,with all our luggage, which he picked up early and kept it, as we had no place to store it, until we were ready to leave Lucca.This was extremely helpful to us.
Andreas is attentive to the needs of his clients, and went above and beyond to help make things easier for us.
I would highly recommend him as a tour guide, and hope to get another opportunity in the future to utilise his services.

Tonight we are reflecting on what an awesome day that we have had.
We booked a driver to take us from Riomaggiore to San Gimignano.
What we got was so much more.
Andreas is passionate about the service that he provides and all we needed to do was ask a couple of questions and the floodgates opened
We were taken on an awe inspiring guided tour with stops at so many great spots.
Pay for some extra time and allow Andreas to inspire you with the wonders of the area that you are touring

My lady friend, Mary Clare, and I had the pleasure of three days with Andreas. First impressions are important (you only get one chance to make a first impression). We loved him immediately! Our first day was when he picked us up at Lake Como for our journey to Florence. Along the way we stopped for lunch at Locanda del Fuedo in Castelvetro Di Modena featuring Michelin rated chef (and wonderful person) Roberto Rossi. Though the restaurant was closed at the time Roberto opened it for Andreas and what followed a lunch that defies description -- prepared with no warning -- unbelievable! A few days later Andreas picked us up in Florence for a day trip to Luca and Pisa. Another perfect day with another perfect lunch. Lunch was at Paulo and Katerina's farm and inn where we were treated to a beautiful lunch with all the ingredients, except the flour for the pasta, produced on their farm -- red and white wine, olive oil, eggs, vegetables, everything. Another great day. A few days after that Andreas picked us up for the run to Rome. First stop was at the United States Military Cemetery near Florence for our fallen heroes during the Italian campaign of WW2. I'm a Vietnam era veteran -- a very moving experience. From there to a restaurant nestled in an oak forest near San Casciano in Val di Pesa -- trust me, Andreas knows where to have lunch!!!
Andreas is a skilled driver, tour guide, guide to great Italian cuisine and a wonderful person to spend time with. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Europe and more days with Andreas.

Two couples will be in Florence from 10/14/17 to 10/19/17. We would like to plan two day trips: one to Cinque Terra and another as yet undetermined. I can't comment on availability as I do not work for the company. I will say that they were most accomodating to our cruise schedule and designed a tour of Florence/Pisa based on what we wanted to experience. Our guide, Andreas, was very informative when it came to the history, geography, and culture of the area.
