ELLE Pi took payment of 440 euros from me to hire a coach to take my wedding party to a wine tasting but they did not fulfil the booking and did not refund me the money.
They was very quick to take payment but when i di they did not respond to emails or calls and basically robbed us of our money! DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!

We booked a bus with this company for a group of over 20 people. We prepaid by wire as instructed 1900 euros. The evening before the service Elle Pi sent an email saying that the driver had a death in his family and could not do the service. Since then they do not return our calls or emails. They have no intention of refunding us. They are just professional thieves. Do not send any business to them and above all any money.

Dopo aver prenotato il noleggio di un bus con conducente per 25 persone, l'autista non si è presentato e non rispondeva al telefono. Siamo stati costretti a rinunciare alla visita programmata e conseguentemente aver perso il denaro pagato per le attrazioni che avremmo dovuto visitare. A distanza di 10 giorni ancora niente rimborso per il pagamento del noleggio che hanno voluto anticipato!!

These people are scam artists. They took a €770 deposit for bus transportation and cancelled with 4 days notice and no explanation. They now do not return calls and are not responding to requests to refund the deposit after agreeing to pay us back.
