There are a few people involved, and we like to make sure we have all the information, but we should have responded to your email letting you know we were looking into it and would be in touch soon... no excuses there!
The instructor felt the lesson was going well, you even managed to leave the beginner slope and ski down to the chairlift, which is awesome! He thought you were having a good time with the lesson, but as always, there are improvements which could be made and perhaps better communication to ensure your expectations were being met.
