我们与家人共度了美好的一天，这是很棒的团队。我们和Sasha一起去了锡默河，他很专业，乐于助人，知识渊博，很有幽默感。漂流对我们来说是完美的，有一些很好的激流，有快速流动的水。在路上给我们拍的照片很好，很值得购买。建议使用这个团队。

Hey @babief, we always set out with the intention of providing excellent service and providing our guests with a valuable experience. It pains us to hear we couldn't do that on this occasion. Your feedback is helpful for us to keep improving, so we appreciate you taking the time!
There are a few people involved, and we like to make sure we have all the information, but we should have responded to your email letting you know we were looking into it and would be in touch soon... no excuses there!
The instructor felt the lesson was going well, you even managed to leave the beginner slope and ski down to the chairlift, which is awesome! He thought you were having a good time with the lesson, but as always, there are improvements which could be made and perhaps better communication to ensure your expectations were being met.
Thanks again for providing us with your experience and honest feedback.

当我们去柜台总部那边拿东西的时候，那里的人真的是很乐于助人的，他们告诉我们，我们认为所穿着的夹克是防水的，其实它根本是不防水的。在这边滑雪橇真的是很有趣的，当我们在乘坐缆车的时候，导游还给我们讲解了一些有趣的信息。当我们每次滑雪橇时，向导还会不时停下来让每个人都尽量跟上、集合在一起的。在路上我们还看到结冰了的瀑布!总的来说，室外茵特拉根真的是个滑雪的好地方，各个年龄段的人都会很喜欢这里的。

我参加了雪鞋健行和雪橇行这两个团。导游来接了我们，他人很友好！我是一个人，所以能来接我让我很感谢。团里只有我和另外一对夫妻，所以是一个小团。我们都玩得很开心。导游会与我们积极互动，很乐意为我们拍照，还在我摔了跤以后来扶我起来。我真希望还记得他的名字。他来自英国，是他让我的体验格外难忘！

这是我一生中最好的一次经历。在施托克峰，从缆车上跳下来，既超现实又不可思议。所有负责这次跳伞的工作人员都非常友好、乐于助人。他们真的帮助我摆脱了紧张的心情。拍摄的照片质量也很好。整体体验很愉快，我肯定会再来的。一个建议：和这里提供的照片服务一起，应该提供一个视频服务。耶！

我跟丈夫在户外因特拉肯的急速漂流度过了一段美好的时光。员工很友善，很专业，有丰富的相关知识，而且设备质量很好，性能优秀。漂流非常好玩，具有一定的挑战性——就像我们所期待和它本该有的样子——这次漂流以我们回到主楼喝上一两杯告终。这天惟一可能需要改进的一点就是我们漂流之后能洗个热水澡就更好了——但是另一方面来说，天气很好，我们很快就暖和了，而且酒店很近，也就没有必要漂流完就洗澡了。总之，这是一次很棒的体验！

我们和kurt以及flurin进行了峡谷漂流，度过了美好一天。导游令我们的体验更甚，让我们完全体会到了这趟旅途的精髓之处。我们组里的一些人有一些胆怯，但是导游确保并使我们感到很安全。我会向所有来茵特拉肯旅行的人推荐这个项目。这是个很棒的体验，我非常期待下次再来，和这家公司一起进行更多的探险。

Hi Rachel, each trip is different, it's hard to make a generalization. We are situated in the mountains with deep valleys, each has different lighting conditions as the sun moves across the sky. Typically the midday light can be quite harsh but it depends on what you're looking for. The evening light can be softer but in the canyons it's already too dark for photography. The sun is lower and more gentle in September which sometimes helps but also means longer shadows. If you give us more information on what you want to photograph we can help with some recommendations. :-)

Hi Anna, there's plenty of fun activities in Interlaken for families, travelling with kids doesn't mean you have to miss out. You should definitely check out the Adventure Park, there's courses there for everyone. Family Rafting is also great for the whole family, as is Jetboating on lake Brienz and the Glacier Canyon in Grindelwald.

Hi Megan, we usually do pick up from Hotel Beausite in Unterseen, but it also depends on which activity are you booking. Most of our activities include pick-up service but not all. During the booking process you will have the option to choose a pick-up location from a list of hotels, train stations and popular locations around Interlaken. If you don't have this option then you need to find your own way to the activity start. I hope this helps, let us know if you need more details :-)

Hi, we provide wetsuit booties for you, you don't need to bring your own footwear :-) All you need is a swimsuit, towel and a taste for adventure!

Do you offer anything in early April? My family is interested in the scooter tour. Is it still too cold for this? We have three children who will be 3, 6, and 8. My son who will be 8 is already an amazing mountain biker like his dad. Could we do a scooter tour with my husband and I riding with our two younger children and my 8 year old riding his own or do we not meet the age requirements?

Hi! Early April is usually right in between seasons here in Interlaken. There is still some spring Skiing, and we open the Adventure Park around this time too. Unfortunately the scooter tours don't start until May when the snow has melted. I would highly recommend the Adventure Park for your whole family. Hey there Vidhya :) Apologies for the slow reply!
It depends a little on what time of year you're planning on visiting Interlaken and how active you want to be!
Keeping it easy tips: (all year round)
- Free walking tour (guided tour around town, learning about swiss culture and the town itself)
- Funky Chocolate Club (learn to make your own swiss chocolates, super fun!)
- Jungfraujoch (visit the top of Europe, incredible views in the heart of the Swiss Alps!!)
Get involved!
- all year > paragliding (incredible way to see the area from the sky)
- winter > snowshoeing (another awesome way to get into the mountains)
- winter > night sledding (unique experience and really fun!)
- summer > river rafting (a few options to choose from)
- summer > canyoning (one of the best and most unique ways to see the area)
You can quite often combine 2-3 of these in a day depending on when you arrive etc.
