We came to this exhibition because we had a morning to kill in Montreux in the rain - it turned out to be much more interesting than we expected! Lots of great memorabilia and a compelling video talking about the making of the final album. Also lots of footage of concerts which are a reminder of the incredible stage presence of Freddie Mercury. Made me feel wierdly emotional! If you like Queen's music, even just a little bit, it's definitely worth a visit - also it's free (and dry!)

Small museum located in the casino, veer to the left as you enter.
Iconic costume displays, instruments & handwritten lyrics.
Fan drawings & notes on your way in/out.
Freddie’s iconic statue is about 10 minutes’ walk away.

This place is in a casino. It’s a pretty small exhibit and it was not crowded. Queen recorded some of there later albums here. The have some displays of stage clothes and some information. It’s nice and doesn’t take long.

A great experience at the Queen Studio Experience in Montreux! This emotional and memorable tour takes place in a beautiful location on the first floor of the Casino de Montreux. The exhibition is free of charge, but it is possible to make a donation for research, in euros and/or CHF.
This small, warm-spirited exhibition features iconic Freddy costumes, a movie screening room, photos, song lyrics, objects and the studio where Queen recorded her latest album.
We couldn't dream of a more iconic place to dive into their universe. We were particularly moved to discover the legendary Mountain studio, where the band recorded many of their masterpieces.
In short, the Queen Studio Experience in Montreux is a must for any Queen fan and for those who want to discover the history of this legendary band

We had a holiday of a few days in Montreux because of Queen fans.
Therefore also visited many things and locations of Queen and Freddie’s footsteps.
I don't want to tell you too much, because you can go here for free.
Can you visit it as often as you want, there is a lot to see, read, listen to, in the studio the goosebumps moment of where Freddie has been etc.
You can also buy a beautiful printed coin as a reminder.
Inside and on the side outside, is a wall where you can leave a message.

When they said there was a Queen Museum in the Montreux Casino, we thought it would be small and cheesy. It actually was impressive. Queen's recording studio was located in this building and the casino did a nice job of presenting the group and, of course, its lead singer Freddie Mercury.

The museum is situated in the past recording studio owned by Queen, inside there are plenty of original memorabilia to view including notes written by Freddie Mercury, as well as stage costumes, it was an incredible and unforgettable experience!

Admission to the Queen Studio Experience is free and can be found in the Montreux Casino upstairs if you arrive from the lake. Open from 9am to 9pm you will find stage costumes, records, covers, goodies, song lyrics by Freddie Mercury, their musical instruments.
A screening room gives us interview clips of the members of the band Queen regarding their music, their connection to Freddie, etc.
A small room with a console allows to recreate the songs of the group by adding effects.
A short visit of 30 minutes, at most but which allows to immerse themselves in the world of Queen while they recorded some of their albums there.

No, not at all. It’s a permanent walkthrough exhibition. There’s no entrance desk, just go in when you want. The only thing we’d do differently next time is to take a Sharpie to write on the tribute wall outside the casino.
As Queen fans, it was a moving experience.

Hi there is no problem taking young kids and the entry is also.However if you want to donate for AIDS foundation it is totally voluntary.The approach to the Queen studio does not go through the casino.
