The perfect place to rent a boat for some hours and cruise around on the lake. Well maintained equipment, super friendly Staff, very high fun factor. They even have some good drinks and a great coffee.

We rented 2 motor boats for several hours one sunny afternoon in June. We needed 2 boats for 6 people. The boats have small motors, they don't go very fast. These are not speed boats. Apparently you need a special license for the larger motor boats. Still, it was a great afternoon on beautiful Lake Zurich.
The staff were wonderful. We interrupted their lunch and they were polite and accommodating. One even helped with a tiny screw in my sunglasses.
The operating instructions for the boat were brief, sufficient and precise. Definitely check this place out.

Mein Neffe wollte gern Tretboot fahren und wir sind an diesem wirklich ausgesprochen tollen Bootsservice vorbei gekommen. Wichtig zu wissen wäre noch zu wissen das Hunde leider nicht auf die Boote dürfen. Sie bieten aber die Möglichkeit den Hund zu sich zu nehmen und ihn für die Zeit zu versorgen.
Alle die hier arbeiten waren mega gut gelaunt und man hat das Gefühl das sie hier gern sind und die location ist absolut toll.
Das tretboot fahren hat meinem Neffen super gefallen und sie waren alle sehr gepflegt.
Wenn wir wieder mal Tretboot fahren dann kommen wir wieder hier her.
Man kann nach dem Boot fahren auf der Plattform noch einen leckeren Kaffee trinken gehen.
Alle die hier arbeiten waren mega gut gelaunt und man hat das Gefühl das sie hier gern sind und die location ist absolut toll.

Wenn wir wieder mal Tretboot fahren dann kommen wir wieder hier her.
Man kann nach dem Boot fahren auf der Plattform noch einen leckeren Kaffee trinken gehen.

Great location, wonderful hosts and perfectly maintained vessels... had a great time on rhe beautiful lake and can definitely recommend it!

The lady at the reception is totally unfriendly and treats people very badly.

I've been renting the Motorboat 75 PS couple of times last season. It's ok but not very comfortable. Mr. Sutter is very friendly but his wife is all but suited for hospitality. You feel like she's doing you a favor by renting you a boat at all.
I just cannot understand how people running such a service oriented business can be so unfriendly, especially that they have to take advantage from a very short summer to make their business profitable. Or is it because they are based in such an ideally located position that they can afford mistreating their clients? They probably think they'll anyway have people renting their gadgets.
In any case, I won't go back and you shouldn't neither unless you wanna be mistreated by Ms. Sutter. Too bad for Mr. Sutter, he seems to be a nice guy. His wife should perhaps do something else than sitting at reception!
