What to wear

I am trying to buy tickets for a concert in Feb 2017. The website won't let me choose my own seats. I don't like the seats it is choosing for me. It says you have to create an account to buy tickets online. I thought this may be the reason I can't choose my own seats. However, when I try to create an account it keeps telling me my phone number is not valid but does not give any indication of how it is wrong or what the format is supposed to be. There are not many tickets left and we really want to come to the concert.
