持博物馆卡，在18:00下班前都能进。接待处的帅哥也很nice。入口在地下一层，沿着楼梯向上参观，可以从最上面一层直接下电梯到出口，游览路线很顺滑。房子里陈列了油画、家具、画室布置等，透过这些了解伦勃朗的生活。

故居博物馆参观之旅。这是一个非常有趣的博物馆，非常值得一游。林布兰破产所带来的好处之一就是这家博物馆试着重新整理了他的财产清单。箱式床很有趣，我们特别喜欢珍品屋和绘画制作的展示。我们还了解了为什么蓝色油漆（在维米尔的挤奶女工和珍珠耳环女孩的绘画中都用到了它）如此珍贵。如果你想在委托的工作中用到它，你必须提前付款。挂在厨房里的那个锅看起来肯定像是一口煎饼锅！我正在推测它准确的历史寓意，而不是出于恶作剧。

林布兰故居博物馆非常有趣，看到他和他的家人如何生活，画画和教育他的学生，感到非常惊人。走在狭窄的楼梯上，想象着林布兰也走在上面，真是太酷了!如果你是一个艺术/历史爱好者，这里是一个必游之地。

伦勃朗·凡·莱因的家和工作室是所有艺术爱好者的必去之地。这张票配有免费的音频指南。房子的内部已经修复了。伦勃朗的绘画和蚀刻画作品很多，还有一些是他同时代人的作品。我们看到了厨房，他的书房，当时他们睡的床的类型，伦勃朗的工作室等等。在不同的时间都有演示。我非常喜欢这个蚀刻画样本。每件事都得到了很好的解释和展示。在伦勃朗宽敞的工作室是我这次访问的亮点之一。

林布兰故居博物馆还行，不是我去过最好的，也不是最差的，就是还行。这座博物馆确实以一种有趣的视角展示了17世纪的生活，例如这里有非常小的箱式床展示。我们得到了一个音频导游。总的来说林布兰故居博物馆还是令我有些失望，这里没有伦勃朗的原作展览，甚至连复制品都没有。我在这里逛了一个小时，但我不会向别人推荐这，我认为这座博物馆不值得花上28欧元的门票来参观。这里比安妮-弗兰克博物馆的门票还贵，但后者比这棒的多。

参观这个博物馆不需要花很长时间（我们最多花了1个小时）。这是一个非常有意思且富有教育意义的地方，在这里我们可以了解到林布兰的家庭生活，还有很多和他同时代的其他人的生活状况。有四个螺旋楼梯比较陡，需要注意。我下楼的时候是坐的电梯，所以对行动不便的人来说，坐电梯不失为一个不错的选择。缺少指引标识（恕我直言），但如果你对林布兰或是17世纪的日常生活感兴趣的话，你会喜欢这个地方的，票价是每人14英镑。

Are there original Rembrandt paintings on display at the Museum? I want to make sure to see some of the actual work while I visit Amsterdam. Am happy to see where he lived too.

Yes, there is original artwork, including some of his etchings. You really get a feel for the artist in the Museum, and how he lived and worked. If you are only looking for art however, you should make sure to go to the Rijksmuseum.

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance to save time standing in line? Will be there early September.

We were there peak season, so had a little wait. If you know what day you want I would book on line before you go just to save time, you will enjoy the tour. If you have time do the Van Gogh museum buy your tickets on line so you known you have them they sell out quickly.

Etching - Every day from 10:15 am to 1:15 pm, and from 1:45 pm to 4:45 pm.
Painting -Every day from 10:15 am to 17:10 pm.
Demos are about 15 min long. When you enter go up to the top floor where the painting demos is done in the Students' Studio. A card there tells you exactly what time the next demo will take place.

Museum Het Rembrandthuis bevindt zich aan de Jodenbreestraat 4 in Amsterdam. Dit is vlak achter het Waterlooplein, op circa 15 minuten loopafstand van het Centraal Station.
Openbaar vervoer
Metro: elke metrolijn van en naar CS Amsterdam. Halte Nieuwmarkt of Waterlooplein.
Tram: tramlijn 14, halte Waterlooplein.
Trein: CS Amsterdam (15 min. lopen, 2 min. met de metro).
Lopend is leuk, door de stad te slenteren
