Quite simply the best hot chocolate I've ever had anywhere in my life! It's quite different from the standard tall, Dutch hot chocolate you'll find in most chocolate shops and cafes in Amsterdam, being highly concentrated, almost like an espresso drink and is *extremely* tasty and pleasantly stimulating as well. If I lived in Amsterdam, I'd be going here regularly.
I have yet to try the eating chocolate from here, though - definitely next time I'm in Amsterdam.

If you are a chocolate fan, you have to go there for a try.
The owener will give you tasting session to decide which one to go for.

We enjoyed the hot chocolate and the choices were interesting. We got to taste the chocolate chips from different sources to decided what we wanted to try. Had fun visiting with the other patrons. Could use another table or two.

The cat in the shop window forced us to go in. When inquiring about the hot chocolate, we were given a piece each of three single origin chocolates to try with tasting notes explained. We originally wanted to get just one hot chocolate but since we both enjoyed different chocolates, we opted for two (so bravo to the tasting session for making us buy more).

bu ülkede bu işin daha çok geliştirilmesi lazım..peynir, lale gibi çok düşünülmesi gerekiyor..diğer şehirlere göre bi tık geride kalınmış bu konuda..Vasatın biraz üstü bence

Need I say more. Well yer probably... the hot chocolate is amazing well worth having while you look for what chocolate you want to get. Which the range of is quite incredible. The guy running it is knowledgeable and helpful we loved it and would stop in again for a hot one.

If you come to visit you will find yourself in a cosy little store where niche high end chocolate from all around the world decorates the walls. If you aren’t experienced in tip end chocolate, treat yourself to a hot chocolate and a tasting session.
The owner clearly loves his job and the customer obsession to go the extra mile is evident. You’ll get a mini chocolate tasting tour and bring you up to a basic level of knowledge to appreciate decent chocolate and show you the difference between the various types.
Educational and delicious - an experience for your tastebuds and mind. A wonderful addition to the cosy Jordaan style (which we only found by the sign outside when it started raining). Chocolate makes the world a better place.

The owner of the shop let us browse for a while before giving us a short introduction to chocolate. Then we chose a few bars to buy. There was a big selection of chocolate from different countries, different fillings etc. The owner was ready to help and advise. The chocolate on offer was of very good quality but not overly expensive. Hot chocolate drinks were available but we did not have time to try one. A friendly cat was snoozing in the window.

Stopped by to pick up some gifts for some chocolate lovers. The variety of chocolates from different countries was amazing. I was able to find a few flavors & types of chocolates I’d never tried before. The owner was knowledgeable and personable- he also gave me a tulip for International Women’s Day which was thoughtful.

This fabulous little shop sells a variety of single origin chocolate from around the world and the incredibly knowledgeable owner will offer a taste test to show you how to make the most of and get full appreciation of every morsal of chocolate. A great place to treat yourself or a loved one.
