This ended up being a chaotic activity - we had no clue if we were in the right spot while we waited for our chef and then were led through a maze of a night club (??) to where class was set up. However, after we made the harrowing journey to our kitchen, it was all seamless! We learned about the history of the stroopwafel and had a great time making our own! I cannot recommend this enough as a unique Amsterdam activity. My only regret is not having the appetite to eat both of my stoopwafels while they were still warm!
