I jumped on the free ferry (F4) from behind central station and as you approach you already feel like the coolest person. I came especially to see the Anne Frank mural by Eduardo Kobra which I was really excited about and it didn't disappoint. I loved it. NDSM had such a funky cool vibe, covered in amazing graffiti and street art and there was even more art in the warehouses, some that are free to view and some you have to pay to get in. I saw a lamppost piled to the top with birdhouses, I saw a van stuffed with mannequin limbs, I saw a red crate covered in big black spiders but I was more interested in the street art to be honest and NDSM is the place to go to see some amazing street art. There are cool places to eat and drink and it's just a lovely chilled place to wander.

Accessible via free ferries from central Amsterdam, this area is full of cool art installations and great food and beverage options.
You can also use it as a kicking off point to explore Noord Amsterdam.

Para llegar ahí puedes coger el ferry gratuito desde la estación central. Es un lugar increíble lleno de murales y otra muertas de arte urbano para todos los gustos. Además hay un museo (muy recomendado) y espacios de tatuaje, tiendas vintge y galerías de arte. Por suerte, no está nada masificado.

Die Umgebung erinnert stark an den LxMarket in Lissabon. Überall Streetart und Kunst, kleine Kunst Ateliers und viel Industrial Chic. Definitiv eine Umgebung zum verweilen und schlendern. Leider hatte an diesem Samstag im Februar alles geschlossen bis auf das Restaurant in der Werft.

Unless there is an event happening there is no need to really go here to explore. There are some cute bars/places to eat dinner but wandering in the warehouse was a bit boring. I thought it would be busier because we were here between 4-8pm. Some cool graffiti but it’s mainly just people’s tags. Everything is very spaced out so take a bike!
