I recently went to this nightclub and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival, I had to pay €5 for a locker which is already quite pricey. Later, I discovered that the entry fee I paid (40€!) did not include access to the toilet and I had to pay an additional €3.50 to use it. To make matters worse, I was not allowed to bring my empty bottle to the toilet to refill it with water, even though I told the toilet staff that I was close to collapsing. The only way for me to buy water was at the bar for an exorbitant price of €5.25.
This is absolutely unacceptable for a place that markets itself as rave-friendly. It is dangerous and irresponsible to restrict people's access to toilets and free water at a rave. The club's internal policies go against the core values of the rave community, which is a real shame for the entire culture. Instead of embracing the essence of rave culture, this place seems to exploit it for profit as much as possible. I strongly advise against going to this club.

Went to Korsakov here with some friends and had an amazing night! The sound system was decent, the lockers were way better than having to deal with a cloakroom, and the space is perfect. Nice industrial feel to it and good lay out of the rooms. Will definitely be back!

Attending the anticipated Spanish music festival “el row” there and it was one hell of a night. A beautiful venue. Very organized and the vibe is just amazing I loved it.

Well located venue next to a metro station. The old factory decoration on the inside. Enough toilets. Good beer but only 20cl and rather expensive.

We had the opportunity of having the closing party of the 2017 ITU World Triathlon Grand Final at this great venue. Lots of space with quick service at the bar. What a party we had there!

Sì trova proprio di fianco al mio hotel. Francamente pensavo fosse un altro spreco abbandonato a se stesso. Ho avuto la curiosità di entrare e mi sono ricreduto. Spazio espositivo e multiculturale dove vengono organizzati tanti e vari eventi. Ne sono rimasto colpito in positivo , magari in Italia ci fossero esempi simili.

De Maassilo is een mooi voorbeeld van een transformatie van een oud gebouw naar een nieuwe bestemming. Een hele relaxte sfeer en betaalbaar bier en dan vervolgens een heel goed concert van Marc Lanegan en support acts van Lyenn en Joe Cardamone. De laatste gaf een indrukwekkende show ondersteund met film. (Holy War Collection). Het geluid was niet perfect.

Very cool place! Industrial settings
Big location: when we were there, all 3 rooms were open and also chill out room & smoking area available.
Also had a kitchen = different warm food options!
But might be different from party to party..?
It's close to a métro station Maashaven but check out the time table first ;)

Impressive space. I came for a music event and I enjoyed a lot. all areas were so big but music was perfect isolated from one to another. Lot of space and good services inside.
