Incredibly impressed by this beautifully maintained nature reserve. There is a constant variety in the landscape, beautiful viewpoints, impressive caverns ... Our boys of 4 and 6 didn't even realize they were going for a walk, they were always curious about what was hidden behind the next corner. The entrance fee is certainly reasonable (and with a teacher card you get a discount!) and the drinking and dining facilities halfway add value!

A magnificent half-sun/half-shade hike (very appreciable) with points of interest to discover throughout the hike, viewpoints, caves, reconstituted thermal baths,.... in short we enjoyed this moment.
A few benches are arranged on the course to make poses.
To counterbalance certain reviews: A few passages may be problematic in rainy weather. But with hiking shoes and teenagers, we didn't feel worried at any time: the course is very well maintained. We also met many young children.

Beautiful walk to do with children from 8 years old (paths and stairs are not the easiest, especially in rain).
Interesting from the historical point of view. The explanations are clearly indicated on the signs.
Beautiful landscapes and caves to explore.
Fauna and flora are to be observed without reservation.
The mid-walk bar allows you to taste local beers.
What a pleasure not to meet dogs who have no place here.

Nice little walk. The signs along the way convey ok - but there is clearly a predominance of focus on cultural history. The signs are deficient on part of the route.

Unfortunately we never entered it. The park’s website still displays the accepted dog logo today, except that this is no longer the case... the information has the merit of being hidden in the Q&A... in short, disappointment, since once the road is finished, and the many potholes crossed, we just had to turn around.

What a super fun outing this was. Our son (12) is a real outdoor child, so he enjoys every blade of grass. An adventurous walk that I, as a somewhat unsportsmanlike mother, sometimes found quite exciting/tough (this caused quite a bit of hilarity among the men), but what a beauty and how nice to be able to have a drink halfway along the Lesse.
Entrance was 15 euros, 3 drinks 10 euros and a memory for life!
We were there for about 2.5 hours.

Magnificent natural settings and impressive cliffs. A good part of the walk (1/3) is precisely the descent of one of these cliffs by a very uneven staircase and especially slippery in rainy weather. The railings could do with a good renovation in some places. This makes this walk dangerous and I would not recommend it for people with difficult mobility or with small children. I understand that dogs are prohibited, I would not like to do this descent with a dog who does not obey perfectly.

Great park with rich and varied bird life, historic ruins and very interesting historical features.
You’ll need decent boots fir the walk, it’s not far but the terrain is a little rough at times. About half way around the loop there is a wee cafe, very funky!

Beautiful walking route. There is plenty of parking, please note: we went outside the holiday period. The road to it has many potholes, so drive slowly.
Reservations in advance are highly recommended. Nice walk/hike. It took us 1 hour and 30 minutes (26 years old) including a 15 minute break. We did not read all the signs extensively, but it was nice to have some information about the area. Halfway there is a tent where you can rest + eat/drink.
You walk up and down, stairs and stone. We wore sneakers. Beautiful surroundings, nature/mountains/water.

Je vois qu’il faut réserver mais je n’ai que deux choix 10h et 10h15🤔
Savez vous si avec le Covid effectivement il n’y a plus que ces deux créneaux ou si non le billet vaut pour toute la journée

Bonjour, la gare de Gendron est à environ 15 minutes à pied. Il suffit de longer la Lesse vers l'aval via le sentier de Grande randonnée (fleches rouges et blanches). il y a un train toutes les heures à la gare de Gendron. Attention, le parc ouvre le 1er avril. Bonne journée
