Good way to get to know Leuven in 3 hours. Guide was very talkative. Number of bikes were in need of maintenance. All in all nice afternoon.

Great tour. I was worried that the bikes were not good, but that was not the case! Bikes were of good quality! Planning was a bit less. Left 15 minutes later and returned 45 minutes later than expected.

Very nice guide. The pace was good, which made the tour nice and relaxed. If there is any room for improvement, I would have liked to spend a little longer on the Grote Markt where there is so much to see. All in all, worth the money. You see more of such a city than if you go through it yourself.

Very nice tour with a lot of information about the city history. Enthusiastic guide, who guided us through the city very well. Excellent way to learn a lot about the city in a short time! Recommended!

It was a nice trip through the city. We saw a lot and the guide told nice stories. A lot of it is about the students and everything that comes with it. The downside was that, because there were 2 Canadians, it was partly in English. And languages are not my strong suit, so I missed some information.

Hoi, omdat ze die dag geen Engelse tour was gingen de Canadezen met de NL tour mee en om hun toch iets mee te geven werd er door de gids af en toe iets in het Engels medegedeeld. Dit is echter zeer uitzonderlijk, 99% van de NL tours zijn 100% in het NL.

Well first off, I was only there in Brussels for a day and oh boy it was surely worth it just for this trip. I wanted to explore the city by bike to see all the main parts and experience it in like a native.
All the other tours were booked and this was the only one left and that is my greatest luck. I booked it from their website. I immediately got a message from "Mr Robin", stating that the tour is in Dutch language. I requested him whether he can still accommodate me in this tour. He took the initiative and dint even hesitate to translate in every part of the tour.
The tour involved various hidden gems and their significance too. Best part is that he translated them too in English just for my sake.
Overall, this is the best decision I've made and Cities By Bike is the best in that market. You can opt for them without hesitation.
P.S; Just make sure you find the option to choose English guide if you are looking for English. I'm actually feeling guilty for troubling them.

The tour was amazing. It rained almost the whole time, but Robin made it so much fun. I never imagined the guide would be so enthusiastic or as sympathetic as he was. He speaks english very well and clearly. He showed us several sights, told us many historical facts and jokes, took the time to take our pictures and answer all my questions (which were many). We went in for a bike tour and left with two friends. The city is beautiful and the tour includes many green parks which was a plus for us. LGBT friendly and we recommend taking the electric bikes because it's a long ride with lots of ups and downs. It's a great choice if you have limited time in the city, we only had a day and felt like we were able to see a lot more than by ourselves. If you can only choose one thing to do there, it's this tour. We thank Cities By Bike and Robin for this amazing take on Brussels.

Hele leuke tocht! Energieke en vrolijke gids die ons in een middagje heel Brussel heeft laten zien. Naast de wat algemeen bekendere highlights, hebben wij ook wat persoonlijke favorieten (frietzaken, restaurants, etc) mogen bewonderen! Echt een aanrader!

Leuke uitleg in het Engels. Relaxte gezellige tocht gehad met gids Peter. Alle highlights van Leuven hebben we wel gezien.
