This beach can be very busy, if you need to rent the sun launcher and umbrella I’d suggest getting there very early, we enjoyed going on a inflatable ride in the sea and the water is cold but needed for the hot sun.

Gorgeous stretch of beach, lovely and clean and loads of bars and restaurants to soak up the atmophere

This place is primarily aimed at groups of young singles, at the centre is The Strip, full of 'rave' type disco bars, however as a more mature visitor and not interested in that side of the resort, our villa was within walking distance yet not affected by the noise or crowds, there are some good restaurants, especially down near the beach, bit of a hill back but worth it. Plenty of coffee places, perhaps too much empathis on 'English Breakfast' basically a fry up, but they cater for the masses and those masses are English youngsters, those that probably haven't been to bed yet alone sobered up fully! The place feels safe, the locals are welcoming.

Beach is very nice and clean the area itself is lovely people are very friendly and helpful.ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE YELLOW SUNBED AND PARASOLS FOR 2 BEDS AND A PARASOL IT IS €19.00 AND THE MAN WHO TAKES THE MONEY NEVER GIVES YOU THE CHANGE IT WAS DONE TO US TWICE I WATCHED HIMM ALL DAY HE MUST BE MAKING A FORTUNE SO ALWAYS TAKE THE RIGHT CHANGE but all in all was alovely place to stay we even enjoyed walking down the strip very interesting

Good beach, with bars, sun loungers, hats and everything a group of guys need to spend a good couple of hours socializing. The water was cold, but we went in April, which is normal.

Very saddened by the fact that I left property behind… it was reported within a day and now told it was not handed in…
The permanent staff are amazing! We have travelled and owned a timeshare here for 25 years but sadly, agency staff appear to have not handed in my belongings. I am gutted. I know where the items were left and it was reported. Now I am told the items were not reported by the staff cleaning the room. This is just so very sad for the resort that we love to return to every year.

A charming beach! We took our infant daughter and we all had a wonderful time. It’s easily accessible, several restaurants above with a view of the ocean, along with some places to overlook. There were quite a few people but plenty of space to lay out. We walked along the beach looking at the different rock formations and the water was very refreshing for an afternoon swim. A scenic beach, would recommend if staying in Albufeira.

Plage beaucoup trop sur côté, rien d’extraordinaire à voir comparé aux nombreuses plages magnifiques qui sont dans le coin.
Location de transats 19€ pour 2 personnes alors qu’à la plage St Eulalia a quelques minutes vous trouverez un paysage magnifique, de quoi marcher le long des falaises et pour 10€ la journée…

Not sure on weather in April. It’s closer to the strip than the old town but you can walk to the old town across the beach in about 25 minutes. It’s a good spot for visiting other bays
