Good afternoon Mr. Lecadre Last season (2021) you booked a motorboat with us. At the end of the rental you were extremely rude and aggressive with our bookings manager Louise. Any guest who has interacted with her will find her super friendly and helpful. You were rude to the point that she felt physically threatened by you and your wife. You left us a terrible review on google, stating that we were "Thieves". I take this word VERY seriously as both a lie and an insult. We pride ourselves in being Portugals leading and oldest yacht charter company. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us and you do not stay in business since 1996 by being Thieves. We work too hard to just simply accept such an unfair and unfounded claim. Despite both you and your son having left us such a terrible reviews, you came back to charter with us again this season (2022). So either your first review was false or you are insane. I prefer to not think our guests are insane and that you simply lied about your experience with us. When you returned this year, I was dumbfounded and immediately refused you service. You demanded we serve you. I then asked you to leave and told you to F*** Off! I stand by my decision.
