We had a fantastic experience on our Wellington Tour. Henrique was very knowledgeable about History and took us to a variety of great locations that not only were historically significant, but also beautiful and helped us visualize the stories. In addition, we got to have lunch at an authentic local restaurant and see a bonus cathedral. This was definitely a unique experience off the beaten path. Highly recommend!

Thank you very much for your kind and rewarding comment. I was delighted to welcome you on this tour and to hear of your enthusiastic and knowledgeable interest in the Duke of Wellington's presence and work in Portugal during the Peninsular War.
I'm very sorry for the delay in my reply, but I wasn't notified in time by Viator, as usual.
Do come back often, as there is much to visit in Portugal about Wellington's historical heritage!

This was exactly the tour we wanted. Henrique was professional, knowledgeable, flexible, and accommodating. Not only did we see all the sites we wanted, it was the perfect way to explore the countryside. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at a local restaurant in Mafra and still had the chance to visit the Palace/Cathedral there. Not only would we highly recommend this tour, we would certainly use this service again for another tour in the area.

Henrique was an absolute gentleman! He provided plenty of information, and was accommodating to our groups needs. He provided water bottles and a sweet local treat for us. We drove along the coast from Lisbon to Sintra, with a stop in Cascais for a walk along the boardwalk. I highly recommend this tour guide!

Très bon guide, passionné et très interessant. Il nous a emmené sur des sites exceptionnels que nous n'aurions pas pu découvrir sans avoir recours à ses services. Attentif aux souhaits du client. Henrique was our guide for a delightful day designed around our specific interests and temporarily limited mobility. We visited Estoril ( where we learned "Casablanca" was filmed), Cascais, a mountain viewpoint in the Serra da Sintra National Park with spectacular views of the coastline, Sintra itself but briefly because of the crowds, and on the way home, the Queluz Palace. Our day was all the more interesting because with his extensive knowledge of Portuguese history Henrique was able to put everything we saw into a more comprehensive context. Regrettably we don't know Portuguese so his facility with foreign languages was a vital contributor to our enjoyment.The day was also a wonderful eating experience because of Henrique's familiarity with the region, including a morning espresso and traditional pastry at Cascais and delicious lunch at at a restaurant where we are pretty sure the other guests were entirely Portuguese.
Without hesitation we thoroughly recommend taking tours with Henrique!

This tour was wonderful, taking us to places one might not normally visit around Lisbon. Traveling across the bridge to the Santuario Nacional de Christo Rei provided an up-close view of this impressive monument, but also a great panorama of Lisbon from across the river. The Arribida area revealed great vistas. Setubal was busy, on a Sunday afternoon but mostly with locals eating by the seaside restaurants (seemed to be few tourists!). The fresh fish at the restaurant was excellent - you picked your fish and then they grilled it to perfection. Also, the fish market in Setubal is a must see; lots of different types of seafood, busy with locals buying their Sunday dinner. The fort of Sao Filipe was impressive affording great views of Setubal and the bay.
The Bacalhoa winery was also unique. Not only could you sample great wines, buy also see a very impressive art collection, all in the same place. Our guide Henrique was excellent!! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating to our needs. With prompt pick-up and drop off at our Lisbon hotel, this full day tour was very worthwhile and one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal.

He was very knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Henrique é excelente. Rapidamente se torna amigo e protetor. Dirige muito bem e, além de nos levar aos lugares combinados, serviu também de guia turístico, explicando cuidadosamente cada lugar por onde passamos. Recomendo demais.

Conduit par Nuno parlant français nous avons passé une excellente journée découverte, sur mesure de la côte magnifique du sud de Lisbonne avec la visite d’une grande propriété viticole et ses collections d’art.

Ya habia contestado a su pregunta en el movil pero creo que no fue enviada la mensaje.
En la excursion a Évora podemos visitar a los cromeleques durante una hora, manteniendo el resto del recorrido completo.
