Amazing trip planning

My travel agent from Maryland contracted with TempoVIP for my family’s trip to Portugal and Spain. The trip was amazing and all the details were covered—From top notch 5 star hotels to reservations at 5 star restaurants to amazing tour guides and activities. Our flight to Lisbon was cancelled on the way there and they have a 24/7 app to communicate. They were very responsive and rearranged our tours in Lisbon since we missed a day and a half.

We had drivers to and from the airport and to 5 different cities and a train station. They were always on time and pleasant. Our favorite was Antonio who drove us to 4 of our destinations. He gave us history, pointed things out things, helped us learn some Portuguese and always had a smile on his face (and had plenty of cold water). My kids took a picture with him before he left the last day.

They accommodate you with anything you want to do. I added a hot air ballon ride in Evora which was fantastic. The hotels were beautiful with wonderful service.

We had one other issue where the incorrect train tickets were issued and this was discovered 1 1/2 hours before the train. I contacted them though the app and the issue was resolved within an half hour.

I highly recommend this company.
I highly recommend using them for a trip to Portugal and Spain.

Há alguns anos fui com meu marido à Portugal e reservamos com essa empresa. Atendimento nota MIL. Iremos ano novamente, e com certeza faremos reserva !

VOYAGE A TRAVERS LE TEMPS

si vous avez de voyager dans un vieux tramway en bois qui grince et fait du bruit, c'est l'endroit parfait; Cette ligne, la 28 vous permet de vous promener dans des quartiers typiques et tres "vallonés". il vaut mieux evitter de sortir la tete par le fenetre sinon vous risquez soit un clash avec un tramway arrivant en face soit de vous prendre un mur; les passage sont tellement etroit que l'on decouvrir à travers les fenetres de certaines maison la vie à l'interieur. Laissez vous porter pas le 28.

Great trip with the tram 28 through Lisboa

Crowded but a great way to see must of Lisboa in a short time. Afterwards you can go on your own to see more of the places you have passed. It's possible to get off and on with a 24 hour card to the tram.

Porto food tour - INCREDIBLE

We had the pleasure to do the food tour of Porto with Joao. He took us to eat the typical local food meanwhile explaining why and how those food became a part of Porto’s history.

Joao took the time to walk us around the city explaining the history, architecture and the culture. He is very knowledgeable and we truly enjoyed the whole experience.

We are happy that he was our tour guide because he’s friendly, warm and easy to get along with. He was flexible and adjusted the tour to our interest.

We enjoyed it very much.

Tour por Lisboa, Cascais y Sintra

Gonzalo (nuestro Guía) nos hizo un tour por Lisboa y la zona cercana a Lisboa que fue excelente. Conocimos diferentes pueblos cercanos como Sintra, Cascais, así como playas, viñedos y monumentos históricos. Gonzalo hizo las visitas muy agradables ademas de que conoce toda la información relacionada con la visita y de Portugal en general.
El tour fue muy completo en donde TempoVip nos permitió conocer lo que realmente es Lisboa hoy en día y lo que ha sido a lo largo de su historia.
El servicio fue excelente por parte de Gonzalo y Nuno. Gracias!
