Dear Client, we deeply regret what has happened, since everything we do in our company is aimed at always providing an excellent well-being experience, welcoming all clients who choose our spa services. Unfortunately in this case the problem was not our company's responsibility but the company through which the appointment was made. After this event, we immediately terminate the contract with that company so that the situation does not recur. However, the arrogant attitude that you refer to in no way reflects our way of receiving customers to whom we are 100% dedicated. We assume that sometimes we can make lapses in bookings, but whenever that happens we always look for a solution and try to compensate the customer, but never in an arrogant way. In spite of everything our booking error rate is very low as we make a lapse in booking time only out of every 100 to 150 bookings. Even so, we strive daily so that this does not happen. In spite of everything, we will again mention this situation was not caused by a mistake in the company through which the reservation was made, with which we stopped working for this reason. Thanks.
