Dear Venita, Yes, we absolutely make personalized orders where you explain your vision and we complete it for you. Just pass by our shop/ pottery and we can discuss further. If you are situated outside of Madeira Island, please explain your vision/ send pictures via e-mail to help us understand better. You can find our contactdetails on facebook. After completion we send the ceramics (extremely well packed) to your home country. The shipping cost is added to the final price of your order, but in our experience this cost is always very reasonable. We arrange payment the “old-fashioned” way via Paypal or bank transfer. Please bear in mind that the making of ceramics is a time consuming process with many steps until the finished piece and therefore we ask you to contact us in good time if you have a certain occasion planned.
