Morning yoga session (8-9.30) with my GF, Lana and me.
Lana is a wonderful teacher that guided us into the yoga and meditation world.
Highly recommend for the experience but especially for the teacher Lana!
(She speaks English fluently)

I was lucky enough to do two classes with Lana, she is an amazing teacher, clear simple instruction to each pose and adjustment for personal ability.
I thoroughly enjoyed every moment, I learnt so much and have come away with a much better understanding of my own body and the concepts of the movements.
I am only sad because I don't live here and cannot learn more from her.

She took one lesson and she was quite happy. Lana was nice and kind yoga teacher.
one class costs 7 dollar for 90 minutes. but Lana offers different types of packages for 5 or more sessions. You can book your yoga class via facebook of Lana

Admittedly I have not been practicing much lately but a session with yoga recently has me all excited to resume my daily yoga practice.
Lana was very receptive to my needs. I have just recovered from my tennis elbow and she has kindly come up with a session that was easy on my elbow.
I especially loved her attention to details such as a slight readjustment of my post made the post so much easier to perform or a slight lift here and there during posts made me felt so much better.
All in all, not only is Lana a good instructor understanding our physical needs, she somehow seemed to also patiently listens to our emotional needs.
A "Must - Try" when in Sen Monorom!

After a motorbike accident i went to practice yoga with Lana... Once, then twice! I feel so much better now. She adapte the class to ur level, she really well understand what ur mind and body need. She take time, she explain very well. Don't hesitate one second more, go to practice with her!

Lana is amazing teacher! Me and my partner took a morning session during our trip in Mondulkiri. She's very professional and took time to listen before we start and after the class my back pain was gone! I highly recommend you to go there during your stay in Mondulkiri. You will feel great and powerful !

My partner and I did a morning class with Lana on a Saturday. She is one of the best instructors we have had while traveling Asia. Highly recommend! She takes the time to make sure you make the adjustment that works for you and that you are doing it right. Really great class!

Me and my girlfriend just enjoyed a 90 minute session it was terrific ! Lana is a great instructor full of knowledge and accommodates all in the class

Rachel and I have a great time with Lana.
She is great teacher and explains the poses and breathing with detail and share us her experience with selfless.After I visited Lana's yoga class only know how to brand in breathing to yoga poses.
One lesson is not enough for us Love it so much

While in Sen Monorom, I got to go to two classes with Lana. One at 4-530pm and one at 8-930 am. they were a great way to finish and start the day! I wish I could have made the sessions every day I was in Sen monorom.
In the 4-530 session, I was the only person there. Lana made me feel very welcome! we started with a 5 minute breathing meditation, followed by actual practice, then the warm down. The yoga is in a small space, it is an intimate experience and the room stays nice and cool.
Having done a bit of yoga previously, Lana found out what my strengths and challenges were and we worked with them throughout the session. She was able to pick up on poses and movements that would help improve my positioning for postures and to better enter different poses. Her yoga knowledge is vast and her instructions/demonstrations very clear and easy to follow! Lana named each pose (in sanskrit and english) and explained benefits/process of poses I didnt know.
I found that following the classes and tips from Lana, I really picked up my posture walking around. I also felt the benefits of the yoga on my body - I was walking at least an hour every day in hot sun with a reasonably heavy backpack, the yoga did wonders! As with travelling, we use the same muscles over and over again and don't think much to stretch them out/ rest so the sessions were really good to address that. Lana even got me to do backbends which I hadn't done for a while, and made sure I was safe/comfortable and strong.
In my 8-930 session, another person was there and we flowed strongly through the practice together. Lana was still as in depth and thorough as she had been in the one on one session as this one and all the same benefits applied. Lana also built on things in this session that we had done in the previous session, like back bending.
Lana was up for a chat after the sessions and gave great advice about what to go and do in Sen Monorom, especially good for me as I was a female travelling alone.
Lana offers an 0800-930 am drop in class in the mornings, and a couple of evening sessions that require an email/phone call to book a spot. It is in the main street, very easy to find on top of a groovy eco-tourism cafe that has lots of yum things to offer. The sessions are $7 each, much cheaper, longer and as good as if not better whats on offer back home. You virtually get a one-one yoga practice with a professional teacher. Lana would be great for any level of yoga, even if it's your first class! As she takes the time to get to know what level you're at and what you'd like to achieve from the practice.

The studio is opened 30 minutes before the class starts.
Class duration is 1.5hrs.
